What a lovely Friday I'm having lol I just finished Project 7 to find this was posted as well. I'm loving the woosoo thumbnail. These two had some cute moments at the Encore concert recently too so they've been on my mind. ❤️

Apologies in advance for this long ass comment but I took today off work so I have time on my hands and feelings to share lol I’ve been thinking a lot about that encore concert with how long it lasted… somewhere over 5 hours. I read twitter accounts mentioning how surprised the fans were, how the buses needed to wait way past the expected pick up time for the audience transportation home, I also read something about the arena staff being flustered by how long it was going. It kind of hit me while watching this that they probably never would’ve been able to do something like that before they became Infinite Company. They stayed on that stage for so long just performing, talking with the crowd, and goofing off because they seriously love what they do and they really feel a deep bond with their fans. And with Sungkyu in charge they were able to do what they wanted to do and stay on stage. In all the clips I’ve seen they seem so comfortable and at ease. I feel like (and hope) this will just continue to develop in this direction. I have really high hopes that they are going to keep promoting as a group for a long long time. I’ve also been thinking a lot about whether Sungkyu might try to produce another artist under Infinite Company. In the JaeFriends episode he asked Jaejoong a question about how he manages the expenses for his own company. And he said something about it being expensive to produce a band these days. At first I was thinking he just meant their own expenses promoting as Infinite, but I can’t help but wonder if he could also be thinking about taking on trainees and creating a group under their label. It’s such an exciting thought and I know a lot of Inspirits would be there to support. Sungkyu is such an ambitious and hardworking individual. I seriously think he’s the most amazing leader any group could ever ask for. I really wouldn’t be surprised to see him go for it sometime in the future. Also I love how much you love Myungsoo. It honestly just warms my heart anytime any of them are receiving love and appreciation. I’m really grateful that they’re getting seen more these days. I’m glad to hear that your faves are still together even after their first contract ended that’s awesome. I haven’t checked them out yet but I plan too! I was basically on hiatus during the same years as Infinite so I'm now slowly catching up on bands I missed. I rewatched Boys Planet with you and watched some of your ZB1 content too. I love them. They have great vibes as a group and their songs really suit me well. I just rewatched I-Land with you and now I’m on an Enhypen journey currently. I was thinking I’d checkout the Boyz next. If by some miracle you are still reading this and have a suggestion on where to start with them I will gladly take it. It sounds like maybe Road to Kingdom is a good starting point? I should be able to figure it out by looking through the collections either way. Also for the Like Infinite first listen I have a playlist here you could try. My understanding is that Track 3 is the one that originally was going to be the song they promote which Myungsoo perferred. I personally like it more than Dangerous but I get why they made the switch. Also Umbrella and Where U R are so good. the song that was supposed to be the title song is “way you are” i can’t wait for your reaction to the album because the album is gold! every song is special! “dangerous” is the title song that a lot of non-fans really liked. “way you are” - a title song that wasn’t made, besides, this song was supposed to be released 4 years ago as a solo song by woohyun, but he thought that this song suited the group better and postponed it. “sad loop” - every INFINITE album should have one heartbreaking ballad, and this is it. “umbrella” - you only need to listen to this song once until the very end (the climax of the song is in the last seconds) and it will be on repeat “we’re u r” - in 2023, at their first concert after 5 years of hiatus, in his last speech, woohyun said that he understands that their peak of popularity has already passed and they should take a step back. these words really touched inspirit and she wrote this song, that's why it's special. Just what I needed after work today! The movie they were talking about is not out yet. It is planned for their debut date 09.06. So Sunggyu and Hyoyeon are the same age, that´s why she asked him to be friends. I didn´t know this before! I wachted Angels Last Mission five times until now and i´m so ready to watch it again with you!! That and One More Time are my absolut Myungsoo Drama favourites. I really love to watch your Infinite journey, it´s so entertaining for me. Thank you.

I also really love how long that concert was and you could tell how much they genuinely love being there and that they didn’t want it to end. It’s so heartwarming when you see and hear so much in kpop (and the music industry in general) where artists can’t take their proper breaks and are overworked and sometimes fall out of love with their profession. I’ve never got that vibe from infinite. They always seem so passionate about their craft and now that they are their own company, they can take the rests that they need as the others will understand (although they will push themselves anyway because that’s how they are). With them all prioritising the group over their other projects as well, you can really feel the love as Inspirit. With your comment about Sungkyu possibly taking on other artists in the future, as of right now and the near future, I can tell his whole focus is on infinite and their success but down the line I can see him as being such a good CEO to new artists. He’s been a really good mentor and judge before and I think he is great at being compassionate and also critical in a very constructive and helpful way. He’s so passionate about music and has led infinite brilliantly so I honestly would love that for him if he wanted. Like Johan keeps saying! We need more CEO’s like him and Jaejoong who really care and know what it’s like 💖 sorry for the long reply 😅 I also have too much time on my hands

I agree with everything you said! I also think that for now Sungkyu is focused on Infinite. I feel like these promotions were so successful for them I have high hopes that they're very motivated to keep it going. And no worries here when it comes to the length of the reply. I keep getting carried away lately. I used to write fanfiction and express my love for Infinite that way. Nowadays I'm expressing my love for them by leaving the occasional absurdly long comment about them on Johan's posts lol

Myungsoo has always been so shy and endearing—from the early days until now—and that’s exactly why the members love teasing with him so much! 🤭🤭 His favorite track, the original main song Way You Are , is such a perfect choice and it absolutely shines in a live setting. Yes! This has been a really good time for them. I can only hope this will mean that they will come to some more countries although I know they are their own company so there is more of a risk but I want to see them again live so bad 😭 especially after seeing clips from their Limited Edition tour

I LOOOOVE long comments!! I talk so much in my videos that it's really just so nice to read long comments like this, it keeps the conversation going in my head and makes me more excited for future reactions. I wanted to respond to your question about THE BOYZ - I think RtK could be a good starting point! That's where I started at least. All their IDOL HUMAN THEATER episodes are also really fun. Also their own variety show THE B UNIVERSITY is really fun, especially the MT travel one I think. And their COME ON THE BOYZ are so fun. I have reacted so much to them that it's hard to pick... Their performances are really amazing, they're such great dancers, live singers and so synchronized with their choreographies. ANYWAY let me know if you have more questions!!

Woo! I'm glad you like the comments because I plan to continue! I really like the community here. Everyone is so nice. I actually started watching RtK! I had just finished watching Queendom with you so the timing was perfect. I've been enjoying all the performances and getting to know the different groups, but let me tell you, it's pretty clear that The Boyz are on another level. It feels like the headlining act every time they perform on there and they're so creative. Another big difference I notice is that their performances I've seen so far have been more polished I guess? Just super high quality overall. I'm definitely excited to watch some of the variety you mentioned so I can get a better feel for their personalities! Thank you so much for the recs!

I remember hearing ADDM (their choreographer (did most of the stuff, except '13egin' album and 'Pray') and training coach(?) back then) particiapted in TVXQ 's title track (i think it was mirrotic(?) ???) and left SM then joined Woollim. There were no connection what so ever between them before 2014, and then SM c&c (Not SM) emerged (idk if it is the right word) with Woollim and on official sides, Two Hearts came out etcetc.. Woollim was quite far from K-pop Idol industry very unlike any other companies. (except Mistic i guess?) Woollim's earlier artist was Kim Dong Ryul which is a very big name in Korean ballad but not in teens(95-0X i guess?)' minds, then he left after Nell (Indi Alternative rock band) and Epic High (Hiphop) joined, then there was Jisun from LoveHolic, other solo artist and etc. You can see the picture.. and i think we can see this heterogeneity(?) in their discographies as well, cuz they released band sound guitar upfront track as their first title and did heavy performances on eletric rock based musics wearing the scent of pops decades ago haha (and with very desperate and touching lyrics, which unfortunately translated very bad and just made them look like obsessive maniacs to many of the abroad listeners🥲) There even was a guy in sound something department, from Seotaiji and Boys company (yes, that group the YG CEO used to be a part of) You can see the similarity in Lovelyz as well, since the CEO (and also the head of most of the decisions) Lee Jung Yeop brang Yun Sang (Also a big name in Music Industry, 100% not in K-pop Idol Industry) to produce the girls. He did a truly terrific but also quite terrible job on our boys so... well... he guess he makes inspirits and other woollim fandoms get the quite complicated mixtures of dramatically different feelings.. so.. i hope this could be a help you to understand what company was woollim like and how IFNT and Lovelyz made of, just a little bit😅😅
