The way I ran after I saw the notification pop up lmao I was waiting for your reaction to the album since it came out! I really like the album and the theme of confessing to their first love, lyrics to "melt inside my pocket" , "silly dance" and "1000" are absolutely adorable and they suit them so well. If I had to choose a favorite b-side, except the title track (which is very hard lol) I would say "design" is my no. 1, it's so vibey and groovy and I've been listening to it for hours non-stop. Jaehee and Ryo are the duo that stand out to me in this album a lot, especially Ryo has so many parts where he shines, which I really like because this boy has such a pretty voice and his vocals are so stable, I'm convinced he might have a perfect pitch ngl. (Now, here comes the complaining lol) The lack of Riku's lines is very upsetting and I also wish we had at least one song when he and Sakuya could go off with the rap because he was gone for some time and the fans missed him but we barely heard him in this album ;/ but I guess the producers decided it wouldn't fit the vibe of the album or smth? I'm not sure but the fans are speculating that Riku doesn't have that many lines because they probably recorded the album when he was still on hiatus and only recorded a few lines when he was back so that at least he could be included in it ;/ that's why Sion got more rap parts this time and Riku has the adlibs. I just hope it's a one-time thing because I feel like in the "wishful" and "steady" albums the lines were distributed quite fairly between all the members and sadly it wasn't the case with "poppop" album. But on the bright side he has a few center parts in the choreo and in mv and his line in "poppop" was short but impactful and a lot of people love it and appreciate it <3 So let's just hope for better distribution in the next album (if not, let's start a riot and let's burn sm down<3). Thank you for the reaction, it was amazing as always ;) And it may seem unrelated, I really love how you always say something about every member, I (and probably many other people too) really appreciate it <33 Can't wait for your reaction to the stages <3

yes....Riku not having enough lines is my one complain abt this album too...but thank goodness in the performances we see him in centre and looking very energetic!!!

Finally a Wish patreon content from you...been waiting for it...hope you react to more Wish content(for this album promotion). This mini album is doing well in sales and charts well too...happy the boys won 3 times on music shows...1000 is my fav on this album and Silly Dance is slowly winning me over too! Johan i hope you react to some Login concert clips here soon...You need to see the choreo for Choo Choo, Touchdown and Faraway and of cos Melt inside my Pocket. Yeah I think the lack of lines is probably because of his hiatus but at least he got to shine in the choreography! Also the most important thing is that he's back and he's healthy and performing with the boys again 🥺

I really love your enthusiasm when it comes to nct wish! :) they have a rehearsal stage for melt inside my pocket, which is just amazing. And I agree with you, it's disheartening that riku doesn't seem to have many singing/rapping parts in this mini album... but on a lighter note Riku and Mark's episodes for It's awkward but it's ok is out and Riku's laughter brings life i swear

I think Riku not having enough lines might be due to his health issues. ppl assume he took a hiatus because he had serious pneumonia that damaged his throat. Or maybe he wasn't originally meant to be in this comeback, but with the album delay due to SK's political issue they hurried to include him. I don't think it's some sort of punishment tho. Anyway thanks for the reaction! I genuinely enjoy all your NCT WISH reactions and can't wait for more.

i'm back to say that i have been listening to this album so much recently, it really grew on me a lot. i liked it right away but now i love it! ITS SO FUN

i feel like I haven't watched any videos in FOREVER!! i've been wanting to do a first listen of wish with you and im so glad i did. this was my very first impression of wish and what a delightful album. i really locked into Design on my first listen and Silly Dance probably for the same exact reasons you didn't click with it lololol. i think the wacky almost halloween esque synths are so fun and capture the imbalance and mania they're singing about so well! and it makes the harmonies, vocals come out even prettier amongst the crazy production! Still 3PM kinda reminded me of an early TBZ song. i think this album will be really easy to listen to in my day to day!! so happy to come back :)
