Finally got around to listening to all these songs, sorry it took me so long! I'm so relieved there are songs on the album that I really love. The lyrics on some of these songs are CRAZY so I blame that on any unhinged things I may say 🌞 I will NOT be held accountable!!! Let me know your thoughts on the album in the comments~

As always loved your reaction, your comments crack me up. I really enjoyed the comeback, my only gripe is the length of the songs. Helium is definitely my favorite, Jay has writer, producer and guitar credits on the song. Outside was the only one I wasn't sold on at first but after the mv and performances I've grown to really like it. Really looking forward to the performance reactions you are in for it with those. They did Too Close at the showcase but no Flashover unfortunately. For variety all of them were on Spotify House or whatever they are calling it. You have to go on Spotify to find the full episode which is kind of annoying, but worth it. Jungwon and Jake were on Jonathan's youtube channel, not kstarnextdoor but his personal. If you have the time, definitely do both weeks of Coachella their energy is so different between the two. They also have behind videos for both weeks it would be fun if you could add those.

i still say if you are gonna do coachella to do the second weekend because it's the same setlist for both but they are much more confident (and explicit) with the second one

I WANTED YOU TO HEAR THE ENGLISH VERSION OF BAD DESIRE SO BAD BECAUSE WHAT ARE THESE LYRICS????? THEY KNOW THEIR AUDIENCE A LITTLE TOO WELL--i also feel like it captures the vibe of the album better than the korean version, like THIS is them in bondage thank you. this is just one of the rare occasions where i prefer the english version over the original.

i really like outside because i feel like it is a different sound for them (although it is in the same realm as daydream) but i also like it because they all are SO intentional with their tones and the way they're singing/rapping. like every note they're hitting feels so intentional and like they have a complete understanding of the song/performance. idk if that makes sense LOL but i think you will like it once you see the choreo

i would recommend their killing voice because it definitely made me like some of the songs even more (although i dont think they did every song on the album) i always liked helium but something about that performance made me like it that much more

Hoping you are planning on checking out their Japanese comeback. It's two songs, I was near tears when I first saw both were over three minutes. Shine On Me has an mv thats very much your aesthetic.

at first i wasn't sure about loose (it gave me like, megan trainor/ 2014 vibes?) but their vocal delivery convinced me! i think most of these songs are bangers and thus saved to my playlist, but no standouts yet. open to my mind being changed with the performances reaction, haven't seen any yet (although the killing voice? yeahhh it put me on to helium 🙂‍↕️)

i totally know what you mean with the megan trainor sound and im very much NOT a fan of that sound, but thats just me. so far im loving flashout, outside, helium and too close, the rest i didnt add to my current playlist but maybe in the future!! i hope the performances will change my mind
