I really enjoyed this episode! The good thing about there being less trainees is that it's easier to notice everyone. I think all the different groups, duos and trios make for interesting dynamics and I'm really looking forward to seeing all the other performances and how it was to work together for them.

I think the segment with JUNMIN was incredibly touching and I wish more of these mentors would be as invested as KANY is. Maybe they are but we don't really get to see it. We didn't get to see HYOLYN practice with the trainees once and I don't know where the preview with BAEKHO went? I guess we will see him in the next episode.

At least the editing felt a little better this episode but still bad, lol. I'm trying to not let it ruin the show for me too much because there are so many amazing trainees here that I have grown really fond of and I'm gonna continue to vote for them and support them. you should always say whats on your mind bcause thats genuine outcome of the editing, whats shown to us and your personal thoughts!^-^ i dont think youre mean saying what u think out loud, its literally whatevers on your mind right then and it can change :D like even w masato i still havent seen anything top8 'worthy' you could say, i dont hate the guy at all but i cant rly root for him if i havent seen anything. yes he was in the spotlight in earlier eps but it didnt give me anything so idk! hope he can prove the audience who dont get the hype (me). and whew i cried hard w junmins storyline here, this show needs more kany's or edits to show the encouraging parts too, like mihawk must have a more sensible encouraging side to him too but hes always shown so dramatic ::D anyways THANKYOUUU johan again, always love your reactions🌸and crazy how the weather changed so drastically in the nordics im literally wearing my winter clothes inside rn

Mnet is OUT to get Yichen, which is wild since he is a Wakeone trainee. I think both Yichen and Yechan have very strong ideas of what they want the performance to be like and they’re both also pretty stubborn when it comes to their ideas so neither wants to budge. And being in a team of two isn’t helping because there isn’t other team members to mediate or weight ideas. Plus Yichen being naturally a happier and already has a target on his back due to last missions edits, makes him seem selfish and only looking out for himself. I feel like if this situation played out with any other contestant, it wouldn’t have been perceived as negatively as Yichen is right now. Sure, he could’ve handled the situation better and been more attentive towards Yechan, but I don’t think Yechan was responding in the best way either, just ignoring him and thinking “Yichen isn’t a good rapper, as long as I do well, it’s fine”. Also, this is literally the first meeting where they’re looking over the song and bouncing ideas, disagreements are part of that process. I’m sure they’ll work it out in the end and pull off a fire stage. They have known each other since project 7, if either knew the other was going to be a problem to work with, I don’t think Yechan would’ve challenged the song and Yichen would’ve picked him.

Im really glad Leejeong sat down with Zhongxing and actually talked to him, not scolding him or complaining, but basically being like “Hey, what you did wasn’t cool, I’m not happy about it. There’s something going on, if there’s something bothering you, please let us know. If you don’t tell us what’s going on, we can’t help you.” THATS LITERALLY WHAT IVE BEEN WANTING SOMEONE TO DO WITH ZHONGXING SINCE THE BEGINNING!!! I’m not an expert on this nor do I know these people personally, but this is my take on Zhongxing. I think he’s someone who has trouble trusting others so he bottles up his feelings and puts up this “Mr Sexy” persona to hide. There was talk going around that he was scammed by his previous company in to doing work like dancing in night clubs. Hence why he’s not good at taking critiques from mentors and doesn’t feel comfortable working with others. Again, I’m just guessing here. Because he’s came on to this show expecting to work towards debuting in Planet C working around other Chinese trainees only to suddenly get switch and now working towards Kpop and having to deal with a Korean market and audience, it probably felt like he was getting tricked again. Anyways, I thought it was pretty awesome of Leejeong for noticing something was off and approaching the topic with Zhongxing in a way that it didn’t seem like he was interrogating or lecturing him. And despite the language barrier (also props to Zihao for being there to translate) he managed to get Zhongxing to open up a bit. And in the end, the pulled off an incredible stage.

Xinglong and Zihao have all of JYPE rooting for them, and it's cute. Stray Kid members have mentioned ITZY members (Lia even posted a video of them from trainee days, and Lily of Nmixx. I wonder if anything can top NEXZ's Tambourine version. I knew you would love Yunseo calling out Mnet. XD

It's actually so hard bcs there are so many good trainees to vote for, for the performances we have seen so far i LOVE THEM ALL especially the XXL ones are an unexpected one for me, they were AMAZING I do not get how Nian Bo Heng got such a low score for how good of a rapper he was, this is actually insanely CRAZYYYYYY i won't lie, he zhong xing there is always something happening with this guy LMAO but he does do well at the end of it oh my god junmin i almost cried because of him, i thought i would cry because of how stupid this show is but i didn't think a trainee would make me cry almost the like jennie performance was MY FAVORITE, all of them did so good, sangwon as usual AMAZING junmin has MY HEART, i hope he makes it in top 8 he deserves it, I WANT HIM TO WIN SO BAD ;-; I LOVE KANY SO MUCH TOO MY QUEEN, SO RELATABLE!!!!
