Wow - his voice, his sound, his lyrics and his album are officially my new obsessions 🫠 It fits my taste so well when it comes to male solo artists. It's even more impressive that this is basically his debut? I also really like how he sounds similar (to me) to other Australian artists. All in all I'm very impressed by him and I just want to know more about him! I really hope he makes it into the final lineup of B2P so I can learn more about him that way lol 🌞 Let me know all your thoughts in the comments~

i remember seeing that when he sang farewell for the first time on a concert, his fans didn't know the name of the song¿ and they were confused on what he was singing because of his accent so they gave it a name and leo was really confused as to why the song was being named "beautiful flower" lmao 😭

i also think he was nervous on the kpoppin live session, but he still did amazing, hes so cute and i love to see that he has improved so much even his own confidence, you can see how he portrays himself now and im glad to see that. what i remember from trainee a, and anyone can correct me if im wrong since i wasnt that aware of them per se, i used to follow only james lmao but i remember leo left trainee a even before everything started to crumble, they announced it with a video and i remember seeing them cry and hug him and thinking that was really sad, i don’t really remember the reason for his choice? maybe it had to do with the hate he got back then or his own health but im glad he still tried to achieve his dream and tried being a soloist, i guess he really wanted a group (especially with sangwon lmao) so i hope he gets to accomplish that next week<3

he does have a physical ep, but i saw that it was discontinued, recently his company decided to launch it again because of high demand and it literally sold out in little time so im so glad to see he’s really popular!!

the songs have girl in them because thats how sangwon identifies himself/j there’s something addictive in the way he sings “tonight” in come closer lmao i loveeeee it. leo’s voice has become one of my favorites and i totally see what you mean by remembering troye sivan and dpr ian cause i see it too. i’ve been so obsessed with his ep i really love the vibe like to put them on a night trip and enjoy them while driving (did that on a rainy night and 100% recommend) im glad you decided to watch the three live stages at the end!! i was having trouble choosing when you asked me lmao even three are not enough love his long hair, i hope he keeps letting it grow once he’s on the group cause yes i’ve determined already that HE IS gonna be in that group, not if, he is. with sangwon 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

Yes, his videos with B.I. and Reddy are so fun and therapeutic to watch. They loved to baby him so much there lol I would recommend watching their cooking video, you'll be shocked to see this new side of Leo 😂

The song Farewell is gifted to him by B.I. he said the lyrics resonated with him and reminded him of his trainee days (trainee A days) that it felt like he was reading from his diary. Also in that live clip he was actually sick, but the interviewer still wanted to hear him sing it live so he did 🥺

Sangwon is gatekeeping long haired Leo 🙄, he told him during an IG live to cut his hair and Leo literally said "I'll cut it for you" 😂

Honestly, his situation was just sad. Will it surprise you if I say his lyrics were never a problem? BigHit would have never allowed a trainee to release lyrics if they didn't approve of first. Them approving his lyrics shows they also thought there was nothing wrong with them. That's why his friends defend him and Leo is still very respected among his peers as an artist. I hate to bring up the past, but I feel there is so much misinformation spread around him and only a few know what actually happened. I was there when it happened, at that time someone took his lyrics and mistranslated them to English. Trainee A showed great potential even before debut and a lot of kpop stans were threatened by them. So when they saw the first mistranslated lyrics it immediately went viral and he received A LOT of hate for it. His lyrics had curse words because that was the theme, but it was not misogynistic. Even after the correct translation was released no one cared and the damage was already done. Because they were still trainees at the time, they didn't have a solid fandom that could defend them, so Leo and the entire group continued to receive a lot of hate that it started affecting him mentally. To make matters worse the company - same one that approved his lyrics - instead of clarifying the situation decided to throw him under the bus which indirectly solidified the hate towards him. He had to deal with all this while being young at the time and living alone in Korea. It affected him so much mentally that he did not want to pursue music anymore, he also believe he was harming the group by staying and that's when he left Trainee A. He took a break and went to study fashion and while visiting a friend's studio he met the ceo of 131 (B.I. company) who later offered him to join the company. Deep down he always loved music so he debut as a solo artist. But as he explained in B2P, the hole trainee A left in his heart was so big that he wanted to re-debut with his friend Sangwon who also left shortly after Leo left and also stopped pursing music.

what do you mean with mistranslating to english? afaik he wrote the lyrics in english..
