Things are getting deeper and more complicated, I loveeee it 🥰 I think their different backgrounds and both of them being professional athletes makes this so interesting and I'm really looking forward to seeing how that develops. ILYA is obviously more experienced than SHANE when it comes to sex but he seems more uncomfortable with the actual intimacy compared to SHANE who, even though he's not experienced like that, it feels like he is trying to connect on a deeper level with ILYA not being receptive to that YET!

I love both the characters but especially SHANE because I guess I can relate to him more. The last scene in the elevator was so good, I could talk about it forever. It felt so representative of the baggage we all have as gay men growing up in a heteronormative world because we all struggle with intimacy more or less, especially when we're younger. And ESPECIALLY when I grew up because there was certainly a lack of representation for it in mainstream media and that's why I'm really grateful for shows like HEARTSTOPPER for the younger teens, I would have loved to have that.
