The development of their relationship is interesting and how outside sources are affecting these two. I think the pressure of a heteronormative relationship is getting to SHANE from so many outside sources like his parents and his friend with four kids, which I forgot to mention at the end of the episode! He was really bugging him at the beginning of the episode. Even what ILYA said, I think.

But these are things he has to go through and I think as he does so he will find his way back to ILYA 🫠 The scene at the end with t.A.T.u playing showcased that so beautifully in a really artistic way, I loved it.
