The story of RESCENE is one of the most beautiful, inspiration and wholesome stories in K-POP I've ever heard. Getting to see it happening in real time and hearing the members talk about it themselves. Seeing how hard they've worked not only for themselves but for their families and for their director, CEO and the company - it's all so incredibly special and it makes me so emotional to learn more about.

The girls feel so genuine, relatable and down to earth in a way that is so unique for idols these days. There's so much confidence and fearlessness in that and I think it's because of their strong bond which they talk a lot about in this episode of THE MANAGER. Them all sharing a phone I think is a big factor for that. Not only that, I do think so many different factors of their hard work contributes in their own way, but I think especially all their livestreams and building a strong connection with their fans and the people around them over time is part of what makes it feel so real - because it is! Dedication like that can't be handed to you, it's something you have to work for and build yourselves. You have to be passionate, motivated, inspired, eager to prove yourself and hungry for it. How can you ever truly appreciate the elevator if you've never spent years carrying your bags up the stairs?!

The company they're in from seems to be one of the best companies out there and I really hope they are and that the stay that way. I'm still very interested in their CEO and he seems to be too shy to be on camera which just makes me more interested and it doesn't help that he's my age and very attractive in his photo 🫠

Everyone has nothing but praise and love to shower over them and seeing WONI in her hometown was so heartwarming, I want to rewatch this episode just for myself. They're so easy to root for and I love getting to know them better. I fell for their music first and now I'm falling for their personalities, their bond and their ongoing story. I didn't realise that Rescene came from nothing. I knew it was a small company but I didn't realise that it was 3 people with a dream working so hard behind the scenes for the group's success. I feel so proud of them all. What an amazing achievement!

1:13:18 I love it when idols let their dialect shine through. As you said before, it's so charming and sometimes it's cute or sometimes it's funny depending on the situation. It's like a little peak in to where they grew up and remembering that they had a life elsewhere before being idols in Seoul.

I think Woni is becoming my bias. She's a country girl from by the sea- that's so relatable to me! I also grew up in a place like that and live in a big city now. People from the city can tell when you're a country girl and I feel emotional when I go back and visit my family and the area too. I love her personality too, she's so cute and funny.
