Lee Ji-eun is IU's real name. Also IU writes the lyrics and composes her songs, mostly using her guitar.

Chamisul is a soju brand that IU has an endorsement for. dlwlrma is basically 이지금 (Lee ji geum) when you type it out on the Korean keyboard. It is IU's nickname and Instagram handle. It is also the name of the song they where talking about. The interesting thing about this is that Lee ji geum is an upgrade of IU's real name, which is Lee ji eun. The eun part means silver and to change it to geum (which means gold) is an upgrade to her name. Also when you pronounce 이지금 in Korean, it carries the meaning "right now" so some people translate her song dlwlrma as "right now". IU is a genius when it comes to these things. Unfortunately it takes a bit of knowledge of the Korean language to fully appreciate all of it. If you have not heard already, IU is coming back with her pre-release track "Celebrity" on 27 Jan and I can't wait. The Queen is coming back.
