i love aespa but its so embarrassing watching them perform especially at high notes when theyre clearly lip syncing imagine if bpink was lipsyncing at coachella or their concerts the whole time theyd be laughed off by kpop fans bpink might not be the best dancers but their mics are always on might not sound perfect all the time but that comes with singing live and thats why in their behind videos they can laugh off their occasional voice cracks during concerts cuz they know they sing live sm is a vocal company all their artist used to sing live from shinee to nct, red velvet but aespa no they refuse or sm wont allow for some reason same goes for ive and 4th gen in general im excited to see if yg new group will sing live all other yg artist sing live from debut treasure recently and bpink years ago at their first music show hopefully baemon wont let 4th gen down wonder if newjeans sing live if so it might just be them 2 leading 4th gen i mean itzy too they sing live as well not the best vocalist but decent for some dance focused group jyp never been known for vocals anyway

Thank you for saving my saturday night with this video! Haha I was laughing so much through out the whole video because of your reactions, loveiitt!! 😜 And yeah Sunghoon and Junhwan used to train figure skating together ever since they were kids so this performance is soooo special and beautiful😭 its sooo brave of Junhwan to perform this togheter with Sunghoon

johanmoon

RIGHT??? I would totally believe he was an idol!! So cool how they used to be friends, as you wrote above, and now get to perform this together. that's so cool and special!!

Meelies

Im happy that Sunwoo gets to be in these special performances as an center because he is such a good dancer. I feel like the way he moves is kinda hip hop influenced (if thats even a word LOL) and im sooo into that. ANd ughh its just something about him that makes me crush on him... Really hard

soel

sooo much fun!! all of these were too good. i really loved the collab sunghoon did with junhwan and the girl group cover stages <3

Wanda

girl.... its the way i know im gonna be an annoying bitch and have so much to say, so let me make notes as i go ✏️ INCOMIIIIIIIIIIIING (LMAO) NMIXX - the way these award shows are convincing me that i actually love O.O ...i am a changed woman after hearing this song 8342328 times i love it (sorry tank, i just don't think i will ever come around) newjeans - great live vocals, especially w how young & new they are! lesserafim - THE CARMEN PERFORMANCE??? (ooh spicy for these kpop shows!) what kind of flex is it when you have a trained opera/musical singer AND a pro ballerina on your idol group that they can do stuff like that as an opener 🤩 this arrangement for the song was my favorite version, but i think their stages last award show were just too legendary yeonjun - OKAY YUP MHM GET INTO IT! thee 4th generation it-boy (lovingly his nickname from moas since txt's first few comebacks) has done a bajillion tiktok covers for/with various artists this year (and its been a trend for pretty much all idols last year) so its pretty cute that they had a segment for them AND HE GOT TO DO IT! ps: the last song was "run bts" ofc by my ults, and it was a real craze going around on tiktok for idols to cover (esp jimin's version...hard to explain unless you've seen the original) anyway im so happy to have these little txt-nuggets on your channel to tide me over before your official videos with them <3 yeonjun slaaaaaay the boyz hot - HOT WAS UNEXPECTED!!! heh when your svt-mega post comes out ... yeah be on the lookout for this song, this was also a huge trend on idol tiktok...for obvious reasons (WHY IS COWBOY CHIC SO FABULOUS ON THEM) ateez rush hour- im SO glad we get a tiny break from their lore/intense songs and see a lil more fun with this stage (after all, they did so many dance-heavy songs as kq fellaz!) BISH THE CROW SOUND FOR MINGI I DIDN'T EVEN THINK ABT THAT, thats literally part of the song ..... woah (also yunho did a tiny dance spoiler for halazia here!) collab stage - sexy cowboys. that's it. love that! (also there's GOTTA be good quality fancams somewhere! i definitely saw the juyeon cam at least) enhypen dope - ooooh cute! the outfits are right from the original, the song is abt working hard to get where you wanna go and the mv highlights different jobs, so thats why their outfits don't match. enha's confidence-era spoiled a little bit! stay tuned!! TXT dna - OKAY MY FAVE OF THE COVER STAGES, NOT BIASED!!! (teehee) (no worries abt not being crazy over bts covers, btw! i know that as a non-fan it probably doesn't feel exciting to see them, but i always appreciate the ones where the artist does vocal covers) they assigned parts perfectly for them, as someone who knows both bts and txt voices well, just take my word for it that they did great <3 fromis_9 - SEXYYY!!! (CHAEYOUNG???) omg and idk this b-side, they slayed it!! was gonna be sad over non-live vocals but hayoung came and saved the day, as she does!! ITZY - 4th gen live vocal - best dance - all-rounder queens, nothing new to report! they killed it like they always do .... and we are forever grateful! WHY was chaeryeong looking so sad at the end hello?? she was perfect :((( sunghoon & friend (SORRY) - beautiful!!! i heard that these two used to train together when he was a skater! thats so cool, i love that! and they didn't even modify the choreo very much, figure skating must make you a great dancer if you can pull off such a dance and look so natural!!! the boyz - YES SUNWOO MODEL CENTER ERA! why are racer outfits always so sexy ........ also idk abt everyone else but whenever whisper starts i have to say "slayyy, slayyy ~" instead of 'sway' SJDSKDS they always slay! (also yes, happy for eric to have a slow return if it will help in the long-run, you're here in spirit eric!) (omg yes please do a fancam watch) ateez - the flashbacks ... can you imagine new world is their concert opener? just like this, with the lights and the robes in the beginning ... yeah ✨ and their live vocals are always the BEST 4th gen babygirl covers (these names idek what im doing anymore) - newjeans had the best energy, ive had the best looks, lesserafim had the best presence (and song choice), nmixx had the best live vocals ... basically i loved this segment hehe, also i think that they were all mixed so well, incorporating their own songs/catchphrases into the original song, what a cool idea! tbz 97 liners joint slay - ummm as a 97-liner myself this was literally for me :) if you reached the end of this long ass comment ... thank you and im sorry 😭

Chaeryeong was experiencing extreme Dysmenorrhea (menstural cramps) during the last half of the final song. She needed to be helped off the stage by Lia at the end of the performance (fan cams are on YT), she did not come out at the end of the show for the all performers stage. She wasn't sad, she was hurting. She cleared this up a few days later and said she was given the option to not perform by the company but she wanted to do the stage.
