1. Have Winrar Installed from https://www.win-rar.com/

2. Right click the rar file -> Winrar -> Extract to or Extract here [both works]

3. When prompted for password, enter in the Password space and press OK. 4. Folder [for ex. 1202 & 1203 ]containing the pdf's will be extracted and you can read them.!!
