all vocals have to be live in immortal songs!! it's a competition show that ateez actually won most of the time they were on it!! whenever you get back would love for you to check out the rest of the immortal song performances

✮ℕ𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥𝕆𝕨𝕝✮

this is a competition show and Ateez has won 4 times with different covers and they performed this song before the music video the guy they keep showing is the original singer Turbo

🌸Geanina🌸

Nigel Immortal Songs performances are always live!!! It’s a really popular and well known show in Korea. Each time it will pick a different really well known Korean singer/group and the artists and groups that are invited to compete have to do a cover of a song of the featured artist. It’s a huge honor to be invited to compete on this show because they have to sing live. Ateez has been invited to compete 6 times and has won 4 times! All of their performances on this show are amazing. The man in the orange floral shirt that was shown in the audience a lot is the original singer of the song who was the featured guest of the episode. He’s also who appeared in the end of the music video!

Emily Nelson

Jongho has also been solo on immortal songs and those performances are incredible too

Paige Marie

Human baby wipes is crazy 💀🤣 But I’m so glad you seem enjoy this song as much as I do lol

Red_Rose

The show they are performing on is called Immortal Songs where singers compete against eachother for one or two episodes. The singers are specifically chosen and invited to the show and lipsyncing is 100% forbidden in the show. Ateez chose that song to cover because the guy in the orange Hawaiian looking shirt, Kim Jong Kook, and the dude next to him are some of the original artists. Kim Jong Kook liked their version of his song so much he collaborated with them and that's how Ateez official has that song in their discography. As always loved the reaction now.. GO REST!!!!

Human baby wipes is WILD 😭

Mountiny

this performance is INSANE but honestly all their performances on Immortal Songs are. It's a competition show, they participated 6 times as a group (and won 4 times – black cat nero was one of the ep they won) and Jongho participated solo twice!

Tee

it's been 3 hours sir.... go rest! but thank you for the reaction anyway I guess 🙄❤️

Clare 💕

EVERY TIME THAT I WATCH THE JONGHO HIGH NOTE, I MAKE THE FACE CHAN HAS WHEN HE LIKES SOMETHING 💗💗

AmomTiny

Ok I don’t know if I believe you this time Nigel! 😂 Go enjoy some rest! Thanks so much for this!! I’m ashamed to say I never watched this one all the way through and damn! The way they friggin moved and sang like that at the same time! 😳🤩😭

Sunrise

Immortal songs is a show based on Live Performance like you are NOT allowed to lip sync, so those are pure live vocals you are hearing. This episode was on the duo group Turbo which were the two guys you kept seeing, and singers had to go against each other with their chosen turbo song and Jungkook actually made a appearance on Ateez black cat Nero MV that you watched. They did win the show with this performance making them the FIRST ever male rookie group to win on this show because this show is where huge powerful singers come on to sing. They have won multiple times on the show after this as well and I definitely recommend watching the other immortal songs performances too.

moon

You NEED to watch their Coachella performance!!

Sofia

The fact that this was live blows me away

Liza

PLEASE NIGEL WATCH ALL THE IMMORTAL SONG PERFORMANCES 💗💗💗after you rest and get well again ❤️‍🩹

Sinbad

This performance blew everybody away, especially Kim Jungkook who made the appearance in the music video. After they performed, one of the other contestants said this would probably be one of Ateez legendary performances and it truly is! This is performance is also the reason they keep getting invited back and have won 4 out of 6 times. The two they lost were King of King's specials, meaning all winning artists come back to perform so it's like the best of the best competing against each other. There are other videos with behind the scene interviews and their first win here which is so emotional!! https://youtu.be/eorgROrRFQs?si=kLZ7fvlzf0Adj6qL

Has amyone explain the concept here? Black Cat Nero is a song by Turbo who are the two gentlemen in loud shirts they kept cutting to. The concept of the show is generally to cover a song but make it your own. Ateez is the only 4th Gen to win 4 times. You really should check out two things: Their collab with Kim Jungkook and the material around it. It's adorable and fun. Secondly, the rest of their Immortal Songs appearances. They are phenomenal even if you don't know the originals.

This one makes me so emotional. They are beyond talented. And Seonghwa jumping off the tables and keeping his voice steady is my favorite part.

smiles always

MoTot
