Nigel, cut up ginger and boil it in water. Once boiled, pour in mug and add lemon juice. Gargle it a few times a day (warm). Then have an 8oz. Glass of water ready to drink immediately after you take a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother lode. It’s gross. It taste exactly how it smells, that’s why you need the water. Feel better.
