I’ve seen others use Viki recordings on patreon and none of them are this bad, and he was lagging even with the YT videos, so I think it’s a problem on his computer. Maybe one of the extensions he uses is causing a memory issue.

I love Ikon now when I first watched this I only liked Bobby because of the vibe he gives off. Based on this competition alone I didn't feel like they should have been put together with groups like Ateez and SKZ, it wasn't until my first maybe third, or fourth times watching(hahaha not even gonna lie) that I started to look up some of their music and they have a lot of songs that I love. Plus I've watched their survival shows multiple times. I'm saying all this just to say don't fully count them out and give up before looking into some of their songs you might find some gems. *p.s. sorry for the long paragraph
