Lol had the same reaction pretty much when I first saw this. The reason for Inosuke surviving was just ridiculous but I was so hyped by the animation that I didnt give a damn at the time haha.

It's not 1 down 11 to go. Muzan executed all the remaining lower 6 except one, which was killed in Mugen Train. Now that one of the upper 6 is down, that leaves 5.
