Me just giggling like a little gremlin at all these post discussions. Absolutely loving it.

Thanks for the reactions ! The next few episodes are probably my favourites from s2, I can’t wait 🫣

It's never outright stated in the show, but Bertholdt ate the other person to get their ODM gear. In the previous episode you see him wearing ODM gear as he carries Ymir.

I think the titans at night thing is something they are assuming is just due to the beast titan's power. They have 1000s of examples over years of time of the titans not being active at night, and now 1 case of that being untrue, with the only difference being the beast titan's presence, so I think it basically makes sense as an assumption.

That missing "Another person" taken, is for the ODM gear. Remember Bertold and Reiner did not have odm gears, but when they escaped after capturing Eren you see Bertold with an ODM gear and eren's body also had odm gear. So what happened is Bertold took that person along with Yumir for ODM and likely left him(alive or dead) after taking his gears so the group did not talk about anyone else missing.

We got them to Jean correctly. Now to get them to say Hange instead of Zoe

It's funny you make the joke about Mikasa only working in proximity of Eren. There was a 12 episode parody series made during the 4 year break between season 1 and 2 called Attack on Titan Junior High that features all the characters as middle school students instead of the teenage soldiers they are in the main series. It mostly parodies events from the first 3 seasons (yes even though it came out before season 2) but one of the gags is that one day Eren is late to school and Mikasa literally doesn't function until he arrives. She just activates once he gets there. It's hilarious and has the same VAs as the main show. You should check it out some time if you want some laughs.
