This version of Godzillz is based on the original Japanese B/W Godzilla movies.

I subbed to the Patreon while I was in Tokyo about a month or so ago.. yall gave me some American comfort but Japan is all around incredibly amazing almost perfect .. almost lol

VictoriaM

The minus One I think refers to Japan as a country and its peoples moral sinking to its lowest point of zero after the devastation of the war. Then having another devastating blow thrown at them by Godzilla. Sinking the country further into chaos and destruction.

Riley

I’m not too versed in the Godzilla universe, so I thought this was Shin Godzilla. I would def recommend that movie. The most beautifully sad Godzilla movie made. Just brutal

Lailah Johnson

This is from the same creator of Shin Godzilla (2016). It's not exactly a sequel, so I guess the prequel to it?

Riley

Cool! Thanks for that info. One of these years I’ll do a full Godzilla binge

wilcox2146

Anymore Westworld on the way since GoT is delayed?

Joshua

Martin7777

take a shot every time carianna says "this is dumb"

The Lady Miz Diva

I was hoping for G-1 so hard. No offense to Ms. Carianna, but I hoped Brandon would see it, cos it's definitely up his alley. Maybe are-watch?

Jason Augustine

The one in the beginning is 50 feet. The final version is 164 like the original. The atomic breath is awesome. In most Godzilla films you do not care about the humans and just want to see Godzilla. In this movie the characters are so compelling you afraid for them when he does. I love the way Tachibana cleans up and looks like a model.

Jason Augustine

The detonation at Bikini Atoll was the first hydrogen bomb. It mutated Godzilla. This won best picture in Japan. It is the highest grossing Godzilla movie ever. It even won an Oscar for visual effects. It was made for $15 million. It changed him. If you don't like his eyes I would not watch Shin. It looks like a Muppet.

Jason Augustine

The director said that they slowed it down for visuals, but the blast was like a nuclear explosion. She could not move with him. It was too fast.

Jason Augustine

Wolverine could heal from anything. It is possible. Part two is coming soon.
