I didn’t see the remake but the remake is a film adaptation of mean girls the musical fair warning. I love mean girls the musical stage version but I don’t think the movie did it justice from what I heard.

I haven't worked a job there but "Old Orchard Mall" is a real mall. It's an outdoor mall and looks nothing like the mall in this movie though.
