Even though I didn’t like lori at all, I loved the scene between her and Carl, but the Emmy performance by Andrew Lincoln nearly put me to tears! Including Carl man, I love that they put that flashback between him and Rick, came full circle of having to put down his own mother! Fun fact: When Rick broke down the actress who played Lori consoled him saying “I’m here”! Even though it was acting I’m glad she still did that.

Now I didn't like Lori, but she didn't deserve to die. Especially with Carl in the room and having to kill her, then seeing Rick break down like that at the end was absolutely insane. Thank y'all for posting this and I love a good walking dead episode. Can't wait for the next one!!!!

Rick played the mess outta that scene where he realized the baby and no Lori meant she was gone. The disbelief, then realizing that Carl had to witness it, then pure grief and sadness. There have been many memes made of that scene which are funny, but I always shed a tear when I actually see it play out. Bravo, Andrew Lincoln! 👏🏾

There is some great acting in this episode. Andrew Lincoln should have won an Emmy for his acting! Chandler Riggs (Carl) was also fantastic. My only criticism is that T-Dog's death was overshadowed by Lori's.

I get it’s a fictional show and all, but I couldn’t even finish listening to the discussion because people wanna be ignorant and think it’s funny. A complete lack of empathy is a sign of ignorance to me and your inability to be empathetic toward Lori in her final moments shows me what type of person you are in general. No matter what she’s done up until that moment, nobody deserves to be talked about in that manner, especially in a situation like that, to be disregarded as though she were less than human is not comedy for me and is simply distasteful on your part. (Not directed toward EDN, but the callers)

Andrew Lincoln (Rick) really threw himself into that final scene. Apparently, he told Sarah Wayne Callies (Lori) not to show up on set so she watched from the trailer. He was so into that scene to the point that after they wrapped up filming, Sarah had to hug him and tell him, "Look at me. I'm right here. I'm alive! Andy and Sarah are just fine. Rick and Lori are over, but Andy and Sarah are just fine."

I think they definitely did T-dogs character dirty in general and he could have had a lot more depth. But his death is among the best of the whole show imo. Selflessly going out to save another. Just a side note though, I know that the actor is actually very active on youtube and watches a lot of walking dead reaction channels. There's a good chance he will watch this reaction! Edit: his name is IronE Singleton and I think he's doing a rewatch of the walking dead on his own channel or something if you're interested.

To be fair we didn't really know too much about T-Dog except that his death was indeed fantastic and heroic. Which I think is why even in later season we don't really forget him. I mean he saved Carol! And we all know what becomes of Carol <3

Nah Lori was terrible. She slept with her husband's best friend, then shut him down cold Turkey... then found out she was pregnant and started MORE discord between an already fractured friendship. Thennnnn got mad at Rick for defending himself and saving everyone (again btw). She was terrible but her death still makes me cry but mainly for Carl and Rick.

We will have to agree to disagree here. Never said she didn’t do shifty stuff. She’s not perfect and why I like her. She thought her husband had died, but that’s besides the point. Some people take the hate to far and she’s not a horrible character or person. I understand why Lori did what she did and don’t think Rick is some innocent victim.

I think the word Adison was looking for is Sociopath. I think the Governor is definitely a Sociopath. Also, Andrea is behaving like a pick me girl who needs to be wanted to feel important. Michonne sees through the Governor’s fake smile and “I’m here to help” facade because she’s probably encountered men like him before. And finally Carl loosing his innocence is inevitable for a kid growing up within the apocalypse.

I can't be mad at Andrea with wanting to stay. She LITERALLY almost died out there from illness a few days ago. It was probably the damn flu but aince there's no medicine. I know those last couple night lf sleep probably felt like heavan, especially after being sick for who knows how long. You ever been heavily sick, took some medicine/NyQuil, was knocked out for like 12 hours, and woke up looking crazy but refreshed. Some of the best sleep is that recovery sleep lol. Spent a whole winter out there. Starving. Dehydration. Illness. Constant on the verge of being in danger. Lack of shelter. Always gotta be on the move. Add on the fact that Michonne's so closed off to the point where telling her suspicions are super vague, most people are not gonna want to spend the rest of their short life where the only other person you're with 24/7 is deliberately keeping themselves disconnected from you? I love Michonne, but even I can admit that the way she goes about it and her attitude makes her come across as paranoid. We know different of course, but to someone who doesn't, it would like like that she's just experienced too much from "out there" for too long and doesn't know how to reassimilate into society due to PTSD. Andrea's tired of JUST surviving, and I get that. Especially when you have community, safety, and potential happiness staring you in the face like that...

Regardless of how I felt about Lori. She did not deserve to die like that. Her and Rick getting no closure despite still loving each other. No goodbye or nothing. Breaks my heart every time. Ricks reaction solidified his love was still there, he just needed more time to come back to her :(

I personally didn’t dislike her just hated the way she responded n went about some things, and we will never fully know her personal reasoning in depth so all we can do is assume based off what we were given.

I watched this so long ago that I don't remember much of my feelings for Lori, but i do know that as an adult i can see things that I didn't notice before that I disliked. All that being said, I still cried like a baby when Maggie cut her and even more so when Rick saw Maggie. That scene when Maggie came out I never forgot, that stuck with me. Watching people die in this show is never easy. I lowkey had a moment of regret for putting myself through what has happened so far and all 11 seasons again from the beginning with this binge.

I really didn't think that Lori's death was gonna hit this hard this time. I have seen this scene more than a couple times. It caught me in my feels today. I almost ugly cried especially seeing Ric reaction afterwards. Lori wasn't one my favorite characters. As we all said she owned her mistakes and showed true remorse. It was just hard to watch the birth and how she just passed out from the pain. No human being deserves that and it did take me back to House of the Dragon. Poor Lil Carl having to end his mother existence to stop her from turning. I know he will forever be changed. He has seen too much horror at such a very young age but I have hope for Lil Carl. I'm just happy that he had Rick for a Dad. Although, Rick is not perfect but Rick has a moral code. In conjunction with the other male influences such as Dale, Glen, Hershel and believe or not Shane and Daryl. One good thing Shane did was protect Carl and Lori at all costs. But don't get it twisted what he did to Otis was unthinkable. Hopefully Carl can find a good middle ground betwixt the two.

The only reason why I did agree with Lori for trying to not keep the baby was because of the C Section. Normally, it could be hard to do labor after a previous CSection (tearing at the old scar tissue) and I personaly was given the choice between the two because of the risks. Now I know that wasn't her expressed reasoning in the show but I did have sympathy.

It all goes back to the moment Rick didn’t let that guy through, told him to run, and he lets the walkers in. This show is brilliant at showing that sometimes even the heroes make decisions that in any other normal life would seem heinous. Leaving that man in that courtyard to die to walkers was wrong. That man lived and sought out vengeance. It’s not right what happens and follows, but having humanity is what this show is all about.

If I had to deal with the two prisoners I would just help them clean their cellblock out and some space out side so they can grow crops and leave if they want. At least that way they can try to live a decent life on their own side.
