Remember about Jesse - this is his very first kill. And he had to shoot someone point blank. Plus, it's Gale, who is actually a really nice person. Walt's kills have been self defense, letting someone overdose/die and then the overt murder of some really bad dudes to protect Jesse.

Its not like its unwarranted like don't forget Jessie only started messing with ol girl bc he was going to use the aa class as a new clientele to sell drugs to. he gets attached and has some superhero complex as if he has any moral high ground to stand on whatsoever Jesse been a lame all of this started bc he couldn't just cook, he wanted to run the game on his own with no real plan or care for anyone else involved

Exactly he was only trying to be bad because he felt guilty as form of punishment and thought he should be bad and he couldn't even follow through with that! His guilt/ conscious constantly eats away! On top of it, people like to forget that Walt said he was gonna rat him out and turn him in if he didn't cook with him he forced him into into keeping on. I just gotta say, Jesse wanting to kill two drug dealers that killed his friend AND A KID, makes a lot more sense than anything Walter ever does “for his family”. Walter is the one that pushed for Combo to be on that corner to begin with! But yall blame Jesse for his death?? Huh??? Walter only ever does things for himself, and frames it in a way that makes it seem like he cares about anything but himself. He would trade Jesse for half a pound of blue if it meant furthering his own agenda. Jesse does things out of some type of moral code at least.

Not sure how believers see ppl as either "good" or "bad" believers of all people unless they are self righteous should understand that ppl can and are BOTH. This show is goated because it shows complex characters. The characters don't have to be likeable in order to be good written characters.
