Damian Ives

Well well well what do we have here

Jony Brandon

I know it's a bit slow early on. It does get pretty interesting and I'm glad to see it back.

Ragnar's proposal to his baby Mama's is still one of the funniest scenes I've ever watched in any show 😭

Austin Hogan

lol who is more wrong if I’m correct there is a history between Rollo and laggertha which is where some of Ragnar’s resentment comes from and why he doesn’t think Ausloug isn’t such a big deal a lot of people in relationships love to backstab when someone else did the wrong first. Someone messes around with someone and then the other goes and does the same thing in revenge

Austin

* The chanting heard during the battle is taken from Darraðarljóð, a Norse poem about twelve Valkyries weaving the fate of the warriors at the Battle of Clontarf. The translated lyrics are: "Let us now wind the web of war, Where the warrior banners are, forging forward, Let his life not be taken, Only the Valkyries can choose the slain!" * This episode marks the beginning of the collaboration between composer Trevor Morris and Norwegian composer Einar Selvik. * This was Arne's last appearance on the show. His death is loosely based on an episode from Egil's Saga, a 12th century literary work from Iceland. * To create the effect of "teary eyes" when Ragnar is crying on the beach, vaseline was smeared on the lens around Travis Fimmel (Ragnar) which made everything around him appear blurry.

Ragnar should have known how his wife was going to react when princesses “so and so” showed up. His wife name is Lagertha with a name like that you know she’s not playing second wife to some lame princess 🤣🤣

Katie Davis

I think the bigger issue for Lagertha was when he suggested that he marry Aslaug, too, which was not very common in Viking culture. Some earls and powerful men did it, but it was not common. I'm sure Lagertha did not go into their marriage thinking Ragnar would take multiple wives. Also, remember from season 1 that Lagertha was feeling very insecure about not producing more sons for Ragnar, which is what he really wanted. So, I'm sure seeing Aslaug with a very pregnant belly was not comforting on that end either. Also, Lagertha isn't just a Viking woman with a set amount of rights (like divorce) but she is a shieldmaiden and very powerful in her own right. She felt humiliated by what he suggested and how high he wanted to raise up Aslaug.

Katie Davis

If Ragnar had kept Aslaug as a side piece and maybe even in a separate household, I think it would have hurt Lagertha but she might have been able to deal. But let's face it - Aslaug is a Princess and has very famous parents. There's no way that was ever going to happen. Aslaug also feels that she is following what destiny has laid out before her.

cinemaaaa

I don't think you can compare lagertha's situation to the farmer in episode 7. The farmer wanted his wife publicly punished and put to death for having a child with another man. If he just wanted an ordinary divorce Lagertha wouldn't have sided with the woman and made up things about a blessing

xavier

we need more vikings gang

Kira Love

This was a fun watch!

jordan reedus

You guys can’t release one of these episodes every year! I need to see more!!

Katie Davis

Thanks for picking back up Vikings! It keeps getting better and better, so please stick with it!

Jamarion Rich

Oh boy Ragnar said "why don't we make love togather 😉"

Coco Walker

The difference between Lagertha's judgment and Ragnar's escapade showing up with a baby in tow are massive. One: the man offered the wife to the stranger, probably for some type of payment(though that was unsaid) and got mad when she popped up pregnant after they hadn't been able to get pregnant for so long in their marriage...Aslaug showing up with a baby that Lagertha KNOWS Ragnar wants to fulfill a prophecy after she had a miscarriage and Gyda died and she found out Ragnar been outside playing with other women??? Nah, even if their marriage is 'open' there's certain ways you just don't move and expecting Lagertha to stay put? That's that mess that made snapped a hit show, imo 🤷🏿‍♀️

SeaShel

Yes more Vikings please and thank you!

Jimmy Lazo

Hy man so glad yall finally picking it up again !!

WheatThinDabs

Told yall this picks up that 1st season is a little slow but this show gets so good

Menia Battle

Thank you and looking forward to you releasing more episodes. Please watch the series, Interview with the Vampire. The Series and watch the actual movie later. Please you won't regret it. It is a masterpiece with great storytelling and great actors.

Not today

it is not La Gertha it is Lag er tha lol

Nae

whewww thanks for the update!

Katie Robertson

I think she thought she was about it, but when it came down to it she found out she wasn't. It seems like a fun idea but the reality is always different. That's why monogamy is the best idea. Marriage can be great if you don't try dragging a third person into it. It never works

ForWhyTho

Whattt how am I just seeing this? Gonna be playing this whole season while I work.
