Osafa was right, they foreshadowed Dante being a whisperer from the jump. When Siddiq stared at Dante's lips it triggered flashbacks from the barn scene. I think Dante realized and snapped him out of it with the "kiss me already" comment.

I’m with Carol. Alpha started the war. There is no reason to sit back and believe that passively following Alpha’s rules means the communities are safe.(Proof = Dante) Carol has lived in an abusive relationship. She knows how it is. Alpha has a horde, and sooner or later she will use it if they don’t find it and get rid of it. Also, Lydia herself said that revealing the truth to Alpha’s people would star to turn them away from Alpha. Those communities took her in and are at higher risk because of her. She should be willing to do literally anything she can to help bring down Alpha, not whining about “you used me” and running off.

I don't know if y'all managed to clock it but Rosita was listening and remembering how she went through the same thing with Glenn and Abraham. Like Siddiq she had no choice but to watch people she loved die in front of her and "because of her" more died. Rosita also didn't think she should've lived and that she wasn't really useful (Siddiq 'im not smart enough'). Their stories echo in a way that resonated with Rosita, she knows that mind space and so she's perfect one to have helped him out of it.

Just FYI it’s Queen Carol… Alpha is waging a Cold War on us with all her infiltrations going against her own word. So once again Carol is taking the lead. Lydia planted the seed that the only way to turn the whisperers was to expose Alpha.
