I love carol but after all these people that have died because of them doing stuff and then constantly running after alpha knowing it's not gonna bother you to die she's not thinking about the community because instead of alpha doing something to hurt her, she's gonna do something to hurt everybody we've seen that multiple times over and over. Half the people that died on those spikes did absolutely nothing. They died because of stupid actions by other people. she may be willing to die, but you gotta think about everybody else that could possibly die because of what you're doing and basically all the doctors are dead

What irritated me the most was Carol crashing out this much acting like she’s the ONLY ONE that’s lost most of her family in horrific ways…EVERYONE ALIVE STILL HAS 🤦🏻‍♂️. Not to mention, we had MANY other people on those spikes & people that loved & cared for them & they’re not continuously crashing out THIS hard

100% picturing losing your child to someone who purposely killed them is bad enough, but someone that cut off their head and put it on a spike, you wouldn't be able to turn off that part of you that wants to rip them to pieces

You have to give Carol as much grace for risking it all to kill Alpha as you give to Maggie for risking it all to kill Negan. Negan and Alpha both literally took the heads of their spouse or child. And considering this was the...what, fourth or fifth child that's she's lost in a horrific way? Y'all can't tell me you'd let anything stop you from seeing to her end personally and expeditiously - consequences be damned.

Brandon - I think it's believable. Writers set this up by showing how Carol puts herself first time and time again. The grief and rage have damaged her. Pulled a gun on Alpha. Set out to kidnap the Whisperer later killed by Dante. She is selfish in her desire to get rid of Alpha ASAP, no matter that she's putting the community at risk. There was a time when she'd killed anybody who was a threat to the group. Remember the two sick people she killed at the prison? Now killing Alpha is her vengeance quest. Everyone else be damned. Must be exiled again! We need Rick!!!

Look how many kids Carol has lost throughout the years, one of them she had to kill. Then she adopts this little boy who lost his brother to the saviors, raises him, teaches him, nurtures him, loves him and sees his head on a spike. Think as a parent what that would do to you. You can be mad at her, but don't blame her she's dealing with the loss of ANOTHER child. She tried to go solo but Daryl didn't leave her alone because he knows her better than anyone, she's WILLING to die for her get back against Alpha.

Nah, how many kids has Carol lost? Sofia, Mika, Lizzie, nephew Carl, Henry... and she raised Sofia for what, 7 years, knew Carl for 8, raised Henry for about the same amount of time as Sofia. Rick lost Carl and ended apocalypse-long friendships (to keep Negan alive) because of the grief. Carol's crash out here is understandable. Not to mention that Carol was gonna do that foolishness alone. It was Darryl who said we stick together. So I can't even blame her for *them* being in that predicament. Overall, I think we're just not use to Carol failing so much in her vengeance that it's annoying us seeing her fail so much.

Adison that orange backpack is not ours, that backpack belongs to ole dude. And it's great to see them continue the tradition of burying our loved ones and burning our enemies. That was all Glenn wayyy back in S1. R.I.P. Siddiq. Burn in hell Dante. Michonne is going off on her own and we know she can take care of herself but what will she find when she gets there?

I might be the only one, but I feel like Siddiq's death hit harder because he was almost like one of the last living reminders of Carl... Carl died trying to help Siddiq, and I feel like that's also why Siddiq was so close with Enid and why he felt so bad about her death in particular like he mentioned last episode- not because he needed a medical assistant necessarily, but I feel like he felt like he owed it to Carl to watch out for/help the girl he loved. I also think that's a part of what made everyone so angry, not just cause the doctor is dead and they all got fooled by a Whisper, but because of how Siddiq reminded them all of Carl.

yea they didn't really give Maggie any grace for wanting Negan dead. I completely disagree with the whole plan to kill Negan because it could go wrong in so many ways.. and it did! BUT I don't know how I'd get over seeing someone bash my husband's brains in.
