Ayeee what a nice surprise on turkey week Heisenberg could cook up a nice turkey for Thanksgiving I'm sure lol 99.99 percent perfect turkey

I wonder why they think Skylar is all about money. When in the entirety of the show has she come off like she chases money? She is telling him not to spend big. IMO, she is always more super concerned with protection and image than anything. She doesn't even want their son to think his father is a bad guy. A dirtball woman would have let Walter Jr know everything just so she could come off looking better.

This show is just gonna get crazier and crazier. Yall ain't seen nothing yet

Osafa, don’t worry, I keep up with the Atrocities list 24/7

Exactly. 😭 Skyler never cared about money. Her entire motivation throughout the show is protecting her family, especially her children, and that’s what drives almost every decision she makes. She’s consistently the one telling Walt not to spend big, to keep their heads down, to avoid drawing attention. She prioritizes image, stability, and protection, not profit. She doesn’t even want Walt Jr. to believe his father is a bad person, even when she personally despises what Walt has become. She could've done that, could've exposed him and she would not have been wrong to do it, but Skyler refused, because she was thinking about the long-term damage to her kids. Even the Ted situation gets wildly misread. That wasn’t about money or romance, but about trying to push Walt out and regain control so she could contain the secret of his double life and keep her children insulated from it. And when it comes to the drug money, she was actively against using it. The only reason she ever gets involved is because Walt had already been paying bills with it for a long time and she realized it was far too late for clean exits or moral high ground. At that point, she switches into damage-control mode. Walt talks endlessly about protecting the family, but Skyler is the one actually motivated by it. Walt’s actions are driven by ego and legacy almost every time. Skyler, meanwhile, is willing to be hated, judged, and labeled the villain if it means her family survives intact. She's the one motivated by protection of family and self sacrifices, not by greed. Imo, a lot of the judgments placed on Skyler feel more like projection than an actual reading of her character. In a world where some people really are motivated by money, it’s easier to flatten her into that familiar box than to engage with the uncomfortable reality of her situation.

Walt couldn't let Hank close the case on Heisenberg because of his huge ego. Once he saw that Beneke mug, plus his situation with not being in control at work....that dinner conversation was the ONE avenue where he could take back control and be the most important person in the room. But by doing that, Hank called up his coworkers to bring over the case files to re-examine and voila- he's pointed to Los Pollos Hermanos.

Katie Davis

All I'm gonna say is Walt seeing that Beneke Industries mug was not even one of the top two things that bothered him the most in this episode.

You never seen 8 mile?!!?!?!?! time for a reaction!

altman

man let them watch what they enjoy, we're here for their personalities and reactions, not the shows. The best reactions are to shows they genuinely like and have fun with, I couldn't give a damn about the quality of the show itself or its ratings

ibad zafar

Big fan of both shows but your bugging talking like that

Charlotte Drolet

Brandon Fleenor, are you okay? Are you high or something?

Tj

They definitely were renegotiating when Walt could come and see the kids. I think walt did try to mention sum but him moving back in too. Just doesn’t make sense since he doesn’t want to anymore for some reason.

Naz

Where’s episode 4x4?

Broly

Jesse's success wasn't real, but it was real to him. In the same manner in which an object can have sentimental value to somebody, while for the rest of us is insignificant

Justin

Bro said Skyler lemme buy that masterclass one time😂

Arianna

Not saying that it makes it ok to attempt it or that it wasn’t a messed up thing to try, but Jesse didn't sell anything in rehab, he stopped after his first and failed attempt with Andrea. I think its important to point out because him being unable to is important to understand the arc in it's entirety and Jesse's development.
