I think Ned overstepping because like Robert said, he only won the war with the help of Tywin. So even tho Ned is trying to do the right thing, you can’t be passing a sentence like that to someone in that position without major repercussions. Tywin isn’t king but he’s probably closest to it next to Rob.

Loving how plugged in Osafa, Von and James are now! A lot of reactors watching for the first time at this point are still just responding to the cool/pretty imagery, action and violence, funny stuff and the obviously shocking moments. It usually takes people longer to get this absorbed into the story and invested in figuring things out.

Absolutely adoring this re-watch and I can say that knowing I LOVED Addison and Brandon's original watch! LITTLE SHORTY is one of my fav exclamations ever btw. That said, I agree with a lot of the comments that we are loving how locked in the crew is! Asking questions, paying attention, ok to throw out wild ideas (sometimes which are spot on!). Adison I know you’re trying to let them watch without like influencing their opinions and let them figure out stuff on their own, but please I’m begging you clarify like the factual information. Like whose animal is what house, that way they aren’t confused when other lines refer to the houses as animals. So not necessarily their interpretations of scenes but the factual world building information

I can tell this because it isn't a spoiler because it doesn't happen in the show but it happens in the books. In the book it is implied that Mord gets new gold teeth with the gold he recieved from Tyrion. In Tyrion's chapter his teeth and mouth are described as being stinking, rotten and black. Later on in a different character's chapter he (Mord) is described as having a golden smile.

But they’re confusing themselves and it’s making them more lost, I was someone that it was easy to pick up what house was what the first time I heard it and saw it. And we clarified those things for adison and Brandon when they watched the first time. And also knowing how succession works in those times, like they need to understand that bastards have no claim unless they’re made legitimate and the shame this comes with that. Those are things the show already expects you to understand
