Maggie became very cold and harder then she was before she left... I don't care for the guy with the ponytail... you speaking on negan as if you really know him like that... you know what Maggie told you... we know Maggie, we don't know you... Maggie is family, not you so you can go somewhere else if you don't feel safe around the guy that took out our biggest competition, Alpha... and to be fair, negan was already free before Carol had him go after alpha... he was free until that incident happened with that lady

Yes Maggie is beautiful on here and in real life... and her personality makes her even more beautiful... I remember when she was on set and she seen some people across the field recording them, she walked across that whole field just to speak to the fans face to face and take pictures and sign autographs... I love Maggie ❤️

Call me wrong if you will, but if it were me, Maggie wouldn't get to be absent for years post being Mrs. Salty/Indignant as if the Negan wars weren't partially kicked off by her ideas and mouth,And and come back with trouble in her wake.Yeah, She'd be sick of me because I wouldn't want to hear NOTHING about Negan and where she thinks he ought to be, or quite frankly, how mad she still is and if she wants him to stop breathing... Girl it's been years and the community you're fleeing back to for safety is only standing because Negan pulled an audible (after Carol went rogue).🤷🏿‍♀️

Even if I didn't, it's dumb to drag out Maggie grieving/ blaming over a husband whose death she low-key helped facilitate. I'm over it... It's inched over that fine line of grief and is just simply hateful. And has the expectation that everyone is supposed to just follow her lead without question. It's really not about Negan.She's been away for years,after evolving into becoming really self centered with her moves. She's back only after picking another fight and losing, with opps in tow yet her demeanor is giving "Entitled". Family or no, IMO, Maggie gets no vote on how the communities run any of their affairs, including Negan.

its so funny hearing Addison refer to Negan as "my boy" lmao. the hatred he had towards the character was through the roof. i remember the episode they all said "if you like Negan theres something wrong with you" and then here we are XD.

I find it funny how people seem to be ok with negan now...how Maggie acts towards him is totally justified...he serves six or so years for murder and we should all be square and kumbaya together...I'm not saying they are innocent but no way am I cool with him regardless of his future good deeds if I were her!

Calling Maggie's grief "dragged out" is exactly why this take falls flat, it completely downplays the unimaginable trauma she endured. Let's stop pretending the victims "did it to themselves" or that the war was somehow their fault for resisting. Negan's entire system was inherently evil: built on terror, extortion, murder, and forced labor. He was the villain, full stop. Anyone who fought to take him and his regime down was in the right, and those who died doing it weren't complicit, they were martyrs standing against a monster. We saw what happened with every approach: - Hilltop surrendered immediately and still got exploited. - The Kingdom made a deal and still got screwed over. - Oceanside fought back early and paid dearly. - Alexandria struck first and lost beloved family. No matter what, Negan took full advantage. The *only* real option was to resist and beat him. Negan killing Alpha? That was the absolute least he could do after the havoc and death he caused. Him simply being alive and free is already mercy, he should be maggot food for what he did to Glenn, Abraham, and so many others. Maggie has every single right to hate him, to be furious he's walking around, and to never "get over it." There's no expiration date on that kind of pain and rage. Nobody gets to veto her feelings, no matter how many years she's been gone or what the community needs from Negan now. Not one person defending Negan and preaching forgiveness would actually forgive him if he bashed their*loved one's skull in while taunting them, especially while they were pregnant. Put yourself in Maggie's shoes for once instead of judging from the outside.

It's been years... She could kill him if that'llake her feel better, but didn't. She kept to HT and alienated HT from the other communities for years. Then she ran away and stayed away for years.. Now she just pops back up with trouble on her tail and additional mouths to feed that the OG crew doesn't know, and is STILL on that "I hate Negan" mess...DRAGGING IT OUT is what I said and meant, if you can't understand that, your problem, but it doesn't make my opinion any less serious because that's how I feel and it's what's being done. She has choices, been had them. She needs to pick a form of closure and get on with it.

And let's be clear. The man was attacked first, facilitated by Maggie... If we're gonna be honest about the situation Maggie had just as much part in Glen and Abe meeting Lucille as Rick and Negan themselves... You don't get endless widows sympathy when you played a part in your husband dying, sorry, just don't. So imo, no Maggie doesn't get to be selfish with how she handles her grief and she definitely doesn't get to pop up years later with problems she needs everyone, including Negan to help her solve and start the "you killed my husband" merry go round up again... You can dislike it but please be civil and not childish and call my personal logic un-serious or wrong, it's MY opinion and I pay money to share it on this platform the same as you🙂💁🏿‍♀️

Maggie explicitly agreed to spare Negan because she was told by Rick and Michonne that he would spend the rest of his life behind bars. That was the deal. Permanent imprisonment. Justice. The reason she was able to accept that outcome is canon. Maggie realized that killing Negan would only free him from suffering, while she would be sentenced to live with her pain forever. Letting him rot was the punishment. Negan getting out was never part of the agreement. Acting like Maggie signed off on his freedom simply because she did not kill him is dishonest. Calling this “dragging out grief” is not just inaccurate. It is offensive. And no, pointing out that this argument is illogical is not childish, because it is illogical and frankly reeks of victim blaming. Time does not magically erase trauma. Anyone who has lost someone they love knows that years do not make it easier, and that is with natural death, which already does not come with a timeline. Telling someone to get over it is messed up on its own. Losing your spouse to a brutal murder, carried out directly in front of you, absolutely does not come with a timeline. Arguing otherwise shows a complete lack of empathy or understanding of what that kind of trauma actually does to a person. And the whole “Negan was attacked first” point is irrelevant. He was the villain. His system was already built on slavery, coercion, rape, and murder. He deserved to be taken down. Trying to frame his victims as the aggressors is absurd. Negan killed innocent people. That fact does not expire. Maggie is not wrong for refusing to move on, and she is not wrong for not wanting him around. The truth is that Maggie has not done anything wrong here. What is actually happening is that people like you are bothered by the show’s refusal to let you move on and like Negan in peace. You want him redeemed and unchallenged, and you get angry when one of his victims refuses to let it slide. So instead, that discomfort gets redirected into victim blaming them for daring not to be "over it" yet. Your discomfort with liking someone who did the things Negan did is not Maggie’s problem. And it does not make her, or any of his victims, wrong for refusing to move forward on your terms.

And he was imprisoned...then Maggie pulled an audible with Daryl's help at a very stupid time, considering the horde was on it's way 🙄. And then she dipped shortly after getting Rick presumably dead and the communities cut off from one another, as Rick had no choice but to blow the bridge that was supposed to make that issue less of a factor, and she still didn't off Negan... Argue with yourself, because my opinion, dumb as you claim it to be still stands because as I said, she's had YEARS to either act on her feelings or move on from them. She did move away, but again, her years away make it unfair (any way you slice it) for her to pop back up, mouths to feed and enemies to slay in tow and to pick back up on that emotional rollercoaster, sorry. None of anything you say about Glen, and Hershel being fatherless justifies the writers making that a thing again🤷🏿‍♀️. If Hershel himself was on a warpath or asked for her help in getting rid of Negan, okay... But she herself needs to pipe down ATP. That's just how I see it😂😂😂

I LOVE maggie don’t get me wrong but I just hate how they keep dragging the Glenn situation with her specifically like all the characters have lost someone before or some characters lost someone because of negan we don’t see the show keep on bringing it up every second.. Like I get it was traumatic but I just wanted her to move on a lil and don’t make her whole character surrounded around negan! Like she don’t have to forgive him or like him but just to not engage with him anymore and the killing him part been over …. the whole situation been dragged for so long it annoys me

And giving Maggie full survivors benefits when she had one of the BIGGEST parts to play in the war with Negan/ Glen dying is very much dishonest to the facts. You say they don't matter, but they're the very reason myself and MANY people started disliking Maggie as a character, the drag out( yep gonna keep calling it that, because that's what it is😂😂😂) of the merry go round that is 'Negan killed Glen but Maggie does NOTHING to bring about closure so she just pops up to remind us she's still mad at everyone even though she's caused just as much hurt as what she got out of the war to people she claims are family'. I mean, RJ and Judith don't have their father, Michonne doesn't have her mate or father of her children. Maggie did that. And there's still no closure for the Negan saga in sight. Anything she does as get back for Glen, I'm down with... Except just walking around hateful and expecting everyone to accommodate her attitude day by day on the situation.

Yep. I think the TWD producers got slammed for their "one black man at a time rule" and had to change their ways. RIP - T-Dog, then dude from the prison, then Tyrese. Started breaking the trend with Gabriel and kid from "Everybody Hates Chris, " but then he got his eyeballs and face eaten. But Gabriel and the King hanging on, though he has cancer now. Morgan comes in and out. Think he's gone for good after Rick and the Saviors got him killing again.

"many people" being negan apologists. its funny you blaming maggie, but the reality is, if its dragged out, thats not on maggie. she has every right to feel and behave as she is. the issue is that the show dragged out negan when his arc was supposed to end a specific way, a way which 100% had maggie in the right, as she should be. but the show fell off after glenn and the only people left were mainly die hard fans and negan apologists, and the biggest actor on the show was jeffrey really. so they pushed negan more and more and in turn, they put maggie in situations where the remaining negan apologists found her "antagonistic" which is really just code for "get this annoying woman who won't stop grieving and being hostile at her husbands murderer off my screen. she had her chance to kill him now she needs to stfu." which is crazy to say and always will be.

Maggie got on my nerves. She disappears and when they first asked for help, she couldn’t because “her people” needed her. Then when she gets in trouble she wants to come back, bring a threat and try to assume control and expect things to be the way she left them, as if she didnt know about the initial threat of the whisperers. Years have passed and the group did what they thought they needed to do with Negan.

Also, she was apart of the group that agreed to storm that outpost and kill those people setting up the war and as Negan said, I was getting revenge on my people, same as they would have done.
