I don't want to be that person to glaze the absolute bare minimum but I have to say I'm glad they were as upset by AJ's confession to his friend as I was. Because I've watched many reactions to this movie and mostly everyone will say "oh yeah, he did it" and then move on but I think it is important for men to set examples for other men and boys so again I appreciate them taking the time to pause and elaborate on why AJ was in fact guilty and how to behave in similar situations in real life.

Which is funny considering Weapons and Barbarian were made by the same guy (Zach Cregger). Barbarian was his first movie.

Keith was dumb purely because he saw the room and kept looking. But honestly I think she's dumber because TWO WEEKS OF CAPTIVITY didn't teach her to leave that house.

Adison: I've seen him in something else. He's Pennywise the Dancing Clown.... aka IT Which is why it was lowkey funny when he said, "What do I look like some kind of monster?" It was also intentional casting by the director. He was banking on people thinking Keith was bad because he was played by Bill Skarsguard whose played bad guys/creepy clows, and he was banking on people thinking AJ was innocent because he was played by Justin Long (Jeeper Creepers dude) who tends to play kind guys. He was hoping the choices in actors would subvert expectations.

I think y'all missed that part of the conversation btwn Tess and Keith. She said something very important in there.--That that was her flaw, her problem--She kept returning to bad relationships, feeling that she had to save or fix them even if she put herself in jeopardy and got hurt. (Too many of us women do.) Which is exactly what she did again--TWICE. Also, two people tried to warn her to leave and twice she didn't listen.

I’m not going to lie, I loved all three of you reaction when he said it took some convincing. I personally know people in my life who think I’m stupid if I’m not able to convince a girl to do it if we’re in the same space. I just subscribed so I am making this comment a bit late. Thank you to Osafa for showing a huge amount of empathy towards the 'monster' -- everyone is a victim of one man's monstrous decisions. I always feel so sad at the end of this movie for sister sour milk. I am also so sad for our female lead, too. She is just as hesitant to hurt sister sour milk at the end, too. She can't leave her there alive though, it puts more people at risk.
