Webster

Dmontae Sims

Can’t wait for the IT movie reactions

Harmony

Yay!!!!💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾❤️

Harmony

Saaaaang Adison!!!❤️❤️❤️

StephMurph

Dick Hallorann is a character from Stephen King's The Shining. Another great movie, if you haven't seen it. But you need to see the original and not the remake

Rah29

As a New Yorker I approve that hat Addison 😎 (not that u need my approval) lol

Julian Robinson

The shining and Dr sleep are in the same universe as this show btw

Keke

Yay I’m happy y’all are continuing with this series 🤞🏾.

Marc Cephas

Movies first 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Crazy Taco

Let's go i was so worried yall gave up lol

La Toya Sheri

Yay you guys will love this such a good show and it's not just about the child eating clown Mr wise lls

Mc Lizzard

Hooray! I’m glad you guys are moving forward here! I promise, all the questions you have, even about the really weird stuff, will be answered. But, if you’re asking these questions, don’t cheat yourselves. Check out BOTH movies before you get to the 4th episode. You’ll be happy you did. Also, if you enjoy the story by the end of the series, you can follow Dick Halloran’s story in The Shining and the in Doctor Sleep. The lore runs deep!

Crazy Taco

Hang in there Osafa 🙏 the story is worth the scares

Crazy Taco

Now that you are in it wait till the end of s1 to watch the films you will have a pretty unique experience most ppl that watched this show has seen the movies

KoalaK

It's interesting to hear your takes without ya'll having the full context of the movies. Nice reaction/discussion

La Toya Sheri

I hope they watch those too. Very great movies.

Crazy Taco

The end of this episode is so wild lol The Gherkin Gobbla, The Brine-ed One

Carrie Petty

As a New Englander, I do not approve. (Not that, my disapproval matters either 🤣)

Cliff

Wish yall would have watched the movies first. Yall are missing some context. Keep watching to the end then watch the movies please.

Stowaway

I'm like Osafa with the scary movies/shows but this show is actually pulling me in with the great acting, cinematography and storyline. I'm willing to watch with you guys, while my pillow is pressed into my chest and my eyes squinted lol. Great reactions :)

Sam

Racism is as much of a monster in Derry as IT

Fi

Y’all ain’t seen nothing yet. Buckle up lol

Donna LaPorte

"Saddle shoes" That's what they called the shoes Marge was wearing back in the day.

jasmin

nah cause i actually like how they aint seen em it’s a refreshing perspective

jasmin

nah james right that’s sam cooke i used to listen to the otis redding version growing up but it’s originally sam cooke

Tookie09

I really hope y’all watch the movies before the end of the season. It all ties in together.

jasmin

lmbo can i be excused?!

Ashleigh

Ya’ll PLEASE watch James’s face during Ronnie’s nightmare. 😆 His eyes light up with pure joy, marveling at the terrible horror of it all

jasmin

naw i’m going to from instead of derry and i’m sticking to boyd like glue

Chantal

He is me lol

Chantal

Adison’s faces during Ronnie’s IT encounter 😂😂😂

Thalia Matthews

You guys gotta catch up on the Stephen king catalog a couple of movies to watch as Stephen king universe is kinda connected. Start with IT chapter 1 & 2 Castle rock Mr Mercedes the shinning misery the shinning Dr sleep Shawshank redemption stand by me Saloms lot pet semetery etc

Nightcrawler247

You should definitely watch the first two movies before the last episode. The last two or three episodes will also make more sense If you watch the shining and dr sleep. But you dont have to do those last two. It would be fun to see though.

everydaycars

yall have to watch it the movie first

Yanna Brown

Idk if I’m the first to say it but… ADISON GOT THE PIPES 🎶🎶🎶

Austin Hogan

Yeah, in the book the N bomb is dropped more than 120 times and even words that I didn’t even know existed

CalamityKO

I'm loving this energy 🤣 james has crazy insights and you 3 together are hilarious!! ❤️💃

Athasin

I hope Safa changes his mind about the movies because they do give some much needed context for this show. Either way it's interesting to see people who know nothing about the Stephen King universe react to this.

Adam Beiter

Funny how you mentioned them focusing on the alley way, it's actually the exact location they used in a scene for the movie. It's pretty recognizable so that's why

Layla

Bruh u spoiling the movie 😭

Dangerouskoala

Osafa made it though another reaction thank you 😂

LizB

56:15 Here’s a different perspective. Had our ancestors and grandparents hadn’t taken more steps even in those dangerous times we wouldn’t have the rights we have today.

tksilent

i wish i knew how crazy the show was gonna get so i wouldve appreciated these eps more

JOSÉ.

Will Hanlon can really put a smile on anyone's face. That 'covered in stardust' comment is truly top tier.

Henny

I love y'all reacting to this! It's one season so far!!

Jewel Pray

Holll on Adison, you can singgg 👀😮

Avishai

I do think that he's wrong to tell his wife not to act. because i feel like racial injustice in that time was a "all hands on deck" kinda thing if we were gonna get anywhere as a people. But i dont think he's a hypocrite to do his own thing on the base because he has rank on base and so its not the same as what she's doing.

Broly

The movies are super tame compared to this

Mireille Lonian

Dick Halloran - character in the Shining.
