Come on bro you got them missing key dialogs, you gotta pause it if you telling jokes and they missing stuff, they wouldn't be asking basic questions if yuall was locked in. You've watched s1 ep1 twice now, you should know only the stark kids got wolves, theon was never an option. If they missed what roose Bolton said then that's on them and you about what he told rob about the greyjoys, telling your friends flat out ruins future episodes to us seeing their analyzing and deduction skills. And if you don't know something 100% then don't speak on it, good reaction as usual. There was soooo much talking over dialogue this episode. I love the reactions so much, I just think that this is why the guys get so confused and have trouble recalling conversations and important info.

That direwolf info was 100% incorrect. Theon would have NEVER gotten a wolf because he is not a Stark— he simply helped carry them back when Ned said the kids can keep them. There were 5 wolf pups for the 5 Stark kids, until the 6th wolf was found—“The runt of the litter”, given to Jon to symbolize that he is also the odd one of the bunch. There’s so much meaning there. It fuels Jon’s whole life.

I never understood why people get on catelyn for letting jaime go, like it wasn't said they were going to kill jaime. she let him go not just for her kids, but because he was in danger of being killed. they couldn't really trust anyone in that camp not to kill him in the night and can't expect rob to protect him.

I actually did not say anything at all in regards to their conversation about whether Theon got a wolf or not for the first portion and then once I was directly asked I said Jon got the white wolf. When did you ever hear me say Theon got a wolf? I said the kids got a wolf, never said Theon. In on me instance you are telling me to intervene and remind them of what happened and then in the next sentence you are telling me NOT to intervene and remind them of what was said? Adison- at 45:30 Osafa asked if Theon was supposed to get the white wolf aka Ghost and you implied that he didn’t want it that’s why Jon got Ghost and that’s not true Theon was never going to receive a wolf since he doesn’t have the Stark bloodline. I think 🤔 that’s what people were saying when they said you weren’t accurate but that’s a honest mistake because it took me several watches of GOT to finally completely get what’s going on so you’re all good 😊

I'm rewatching with you guys and I totally forgot about that empty vault thing with Xaro Xhoan Doxos. Ngl kinda weird to me how they added that cause in the books he is still alive and very much actually wealthy, and has kind of an important role to play, also Doreah (white chick in bed with him) died in the desert before they ever reached Qarth. But I like how they ended up ransacking his home and carrying all his shit away, it was a nice callback to that episode where the dothraki suggested that they take the riches with them when they leave the city and daenerys was completely appalled. But look what happened 😂

I think it’s because Jamie was a powerful leverage to have over Tywin. I do agree that Jamie was unsafe in that camp however, relocating him somewhere safe until Rob got back would’ve been a smarter play in my opinion.

relocating him where? and lets say rob got back. what would this change? no spoilers but we all know what happens not too much longer later and rob is there, so clearly his presence changes nothing. I think people just argue in hindsight and without realizing how unstable robs rule and camp was.

This is my 10th re-watch or something, but I just realized that Joffrey took his vows more seriously than Rob. You can even see them emphasize on that this episode. Joffrey refused Margery until both his mom and Pycell convinced him that it's okay according to their laws. Meanwhile Rob knew it was wrong and just didn't care. Says a lot about Rob.

It was all staged. Everything that was said by all of them is for show to control the narrative. Cersei even threatens Sansa to not show joy or happiness when it is announced because she doesn't want people to think she didn't want to marry Joffery. This is all from the book but if you listen to what is said it is evident in the show also. Especially when Sansa first comes out of the throne room.

6:54 Sansa knew before what was going to happen, everyone who spoke knew before. It was a show for the common people and the houses. In the books, Cersei warns Sansa not to show any happiness or joy when it is announced or she'll regret it.

Some book fans have a theory about Robb's sudden marriage. He doesn't have any POV chapters and George usually does that to keep readers from knowing something that will be revealed later. Robb marries a completely different person and some fans believe his sudden love is black magic. The woman (and her mother) he marries is related to the woods witch that appears in a later episode. The people who believe that (me included) think he is too much like Ned to break an oath.
