I cannot believe how perfect the closing song is as the prelude to the finale- when that Epic theme begins to play as Gretchen is addressing Walt... "the sweet, kind, brilliant man that we once knew long ago, he's gone". The metamorphosis is one episode away from completion! It still gives me goosebumps even after watching it dozens & dozens of times. This is it. It's all coming to an end. I just. This scene makes me feel so much. It gives you this feeling of excitement over how perfectly brilliant it is. But it also makes you emotional just knowing that it's all about to be over for good. I will never forget this scene. This whole show for that matter. It really is something special- a once in a lifetime experience.

I know Walt took a buy out but I wonder if he could’ve just sued Elliot and Gretchen. Do we know if there was paperwork involved? Otherwise he probably could’ve went after them like the ones who went after Zuckerberg due to being there in the beginning stages of FB.

Yeah I was hoping someone would ask them about that lol. He hired Jack and them to kill Jesse, and they agreed they would take Jesse to get some info out of him and kill him after. So much has happened I guess they forgot that detail lol

They didn’t forget, they don’t know. They talk so much during pivotal conversations that they miss out on key dialogue especially since the have no subtitles on. That, or they’re so focused on something else that they don’t realize the context of what’s going on. Idk how they’re going to watch BCS, it’s a much more dialogue-heavy, slow-burn type of show than BB, if this was a struggle for them to watch or keep up with BCS won’t be any better.

Nah if you say Walt deserves get back at this point, then there’s no WAY Jesse still deserves what’s happening to him. All Walt did…. All his bodies, manipulation. He doesn’t deserve to have his brother in law offed?… but Jesse deserves what he got? Idk

Jani- yeah BCS you really have to pay attention to dialogue to appreciate it bc it’s much more about character building over action. They tend to debate the morality behind character decisions over dialogue a lot in this show and should try not to do that during BCS and just accept we are watching imperfect characters who make morally grey decisions. I hope they will pause more at least. I’m one of those rare fans who enjoys BCS more than BB. It’s my favorite show of all time, so it would annoy me I gotta admit lol

i’m confused as to why osafa and brandon hate jesse so much. Because he snitched on walt? because he’s a recovering addict? Like i’m genuinely confused as to what the specific reason is. Help me out here because im not seeing it

So that line about the house becoming a tourist attraction is because the house IRL became a tourist attraction. A woman leased out her home for the show (before knowing how big the show would become) and then people started throwing pizzas on the roof like Walt did, so she ended up having to build a fence around. Also as for places of tragedy becoming tourist spot, Revolutionary War & Civil War battlefields along with where the World Trade Center used to be are tourist attractions because that is the best way for people to NOT forget important history and the lessons the revolve around them.

Idk why they hate Jesse but I blame Jesse for their downfall. People blame Walt for the Gus situation but let us not forget they EVERYTHING was good, they were making money, working in the lab, Gale was still alive but Gus wasn't trying to replace them because everything was cool EXCEPT JESSE. Jesse was not cool, Jesse was skimming, and when Walt stopped him from skimming he went on looking to see what Gus was selling their stuff for and he found out about the kid who killed Combo and started causing issues with the dealers so the dealers killed the kid and he went and tried to kill the dealers and Walt had to save his ass AGAIN. If Jesse had just been cool, they would still be making rocks in the laundry basement making millions. So yeah, that's why I think Jesse got EVERYTHING he deserved. Because he was straight chaos ALWAYS ruining other people's lives because he couldn't just be.

The show doesn't really establish Walt's contribution to the company. Regardless, he left on his own free will and took the buyout like you said. He's also not in the most favorable position to sue at the moment lol.

Feel like your leaving context from season 2 the reason combo was killed was because they were pushing into other territory which Jesse didn’t even wanna do but because Walt is a ego maniac who was power driven they ended pushing and started Jesse on this self destructive path

I’m fine with brandon opinion about Jesse even tho I disagree with a lot of things but Osafa feel like he wasn’t needed for this breaking bad reaction kinda ruined it for me I mean for one he already seen the show and he was spoiling it before the other two came to the conclusion and on top of that feels like he lacks empathy just in general but tbf I don’t wanna question his character off of breaking bad reaction lol but so far I get a certain vibe off of him

it seems like once he has a viewpoint on someone that’s just who they are forever. Anytime Marie speaks you can tell he gets annoyed and because of that he’s just gonna go against her regardless of what she says. It’s like it’s not a big deal of the things Walt has done and caused but it’s a crime when Marie wants to tell walter jr

As someone who was raised in NH for most of my life, this episode always amused me. The guy's totally right about the lack of phone service, cable, internet, satellite, given the mountains block so many signals and the weather is less than friendly in the winter. The infrastructure in the region is very old too. My own town stopped only having dial up internet... in 2012. But the air and water are clean as they can get, and it's beautiful in the fall, plus no income or sales tax!

They’ve been hating Jesse since season 1. They hate that he’s a drug addict. It’s really pointless to watch this show if your mindset is to hate a character for being a drug addict. It’s so completely pointless to watch.

Yeah I get it not liking Marie she’s not really a likable person but to get excited about the news that she’s about to hear about her husband death is a bit strange and Walt jr was gonna found out eventually would they rather have the media or better yet the cops tell jr about his dad bc I can guarantee it would have given him a very cold treatment compared to Marie and Skylar approach

I’ve let it go. I thought they would love this show. They clearly don’t. It’s been over a year since they started. Osafa has spoiled multiple major moments. He’s fully ruined Ozymandias and I truly don’t know why lol I’ve just never witnessed a reaction channel hate on a character as much as they hate Jesse for being a drug dealer lol

I agree, they completed all of TWD before finishing 5 seasons of BB and they started around the same time. Theyre already on Season 3 of GOT, a show they’ve already seen, and feels like they only do BB to get people to stop asking for it. Idk why people are asking for them to watch El Camino or BCS, it’s clearly not their kind of show. The Ozymandias reaction proved it. I was genuinely shocked at the things they were saying lol

I like BB more than BCS but appreciate BCS for what it is. It’s two different shows. Just seeing how they treated BB and reacted to the characters, they’re either going to get easily bored of BCS or hate everyone in it.

Yeah I’ve been shocked at their reactions throughout the whole show but I always kept saying to myself when they get to Ozymandias it’ll be a great reaction and once again they proved me wrong. It’s pretty impressive. I don’t want them to even do BCS because it’s such a slow cook of a show that if they had trouble doing BB, it’ll take them till mid 2028 to finish BCS.

I completely agree. It is a slow burn in comparison to BB. It doesn’t have something crazy happen every episode. I hope they don’t think it’s slow or hate everyone.

I think the problem is they aren’t into morally grey characters. You’ve got to be able to empathize with characters who are not 100% good or bad and still manage to like them as characters. I am nervous about BCS too now.

I’ve never seen anyone react to Hanks death this way or seen anyone that hates Jesse. Those two things have shocked me the most but I guess seeing completely different takes (reactions) from them gives me something else to watch, I guess. More variety lol Adisons takes on quite a few movies has had me like 😳 I want them to watch El Camino just to finish it out but I don’t think they should watch BCS.

This has been my issue with this reaction the whole time ive never watched this show and felt like man Walt is a horrible person cuz i always felt like it was reasoning and i enjoy watching him progressively spiral out of control it’s entertainment they act like you can’t like a fictional character that’s immoral the show is called Breaking Bad if he would have taken the Grey Matter job it wouldn’t be any show to watch its like what are we talking about

Very valid, I've already come to terms that these reactors aren't, well... like other reactors. I feel like they're just throwing out these wild takes on purpose sometimes, like no way this is really what they think about so and so. But, unfortunately I think it is. Sometimes I wish they really watched it watched it rather than constantly find a crazy joke or remark to throw out, it's clear half the show is usually talked over lol but it is what it is, I still enjoy them.

Adison would have known Hank was going to die if they didn’t talk through the conversation when Hank called Marie. Adison is good at picking up on things like characters taking the time to tell each other they love each other or characters getting too much screen time to indicate that death is coming. He called the purple wedding before it happened because of the length of the scene leading up to it.

blaming jesse at this point probably awards you two with the lowest media literacy i've ever seen online. Jesse has been trying to get his life together since season 4. And the fact you guys somehow think Jane's death is his fault when Walt is the reason she was flipped over is hilarious. Still some of the most entertaining reactions for this show out there so no hate but gotta tell it how it is.
