Good morning!

I was actually going to post this poll last night but got busy editing. Before I put out this week‘s schedule, I want to see what you all would like for me to prioritize for the series reactions I do with my cohosts for this week. I have three options on the poll, whichever one wins before my group shows up this morning is what I will tell them that we will prioritize when it comes to a series for this week. I appreciate all of you for weighing in on this and I look forward to seeing with the majority has voted on!

TOWL is only six episodes. Finish that story arc. On the other hand, I wouldn't be mad if they reacted to one or two episodes of World Beyond first to get some background. Afterwards,SOA should be a mainstay. They are almost done with the watchable portion of FTWD.

The Ones Who Live probably makes most sense just from the standpoint of wrapping up the main storyline in The Walking Dead universe, plus it's only 6 episodes... But honestly I'm not mad at any of those 3 choices, as I can see why people would also want more FTWD or SOA since these uploads have been a bit more sporadic... There's a lot to look forward to in terms of TWD replacements: FTWD, TOWL, Daryl Dixon and Dead City... Better Call Saul as Breaking Bad replacement, but maybe watch that solo or as a duo with Brandon as it's a much slower pace, where a larger group might distract from some of the nuances, callbacks and Easter eggs etc... Then you've also mentioned a bunch of other shows in passing recently which would be great! I'd love to see Lost & Prison Break reactions on the channel semi- regularly too. You also brought up The Office which you guys would love - It's a consistently hilarious, silly show... On that note there's another show called 'The Good Place' which is from one of the creators / writers of the office - It's an afterlife comedy set in 'the good Place' and I think it would be right up your alley, as it gets into a lot of morality, philosophy and psychology etc... Then there's a religious comedy called 'The Righteous Gemstones' - It never makes fun of Christianity, but the family in this show are terrible Christians, and it basically makes fun of these heathens that run a megachurch for profit, as they are being blackmailed and getting into crazy situations... PLUS... and I'm nearly finished... A Thousand Blows - The (true) story of a man named Hezekiah Moscow who emigrated from Jamaica with dreams of being a lion tamer in Victorian era London, only to be dragged into the world of bare knuckle boxing when he gets into a feud with a violent and volatile local champion named Sugar Goodson... The Inbetweeners - 18 episodes and two movies - It's fall out of your chair hilarious & you should try the first Inbetweeners movie at the very least, you won't regret it. (Apologies, I didn't mean for this to turn so long winded haha)

Let me state this once again. If they watch TOWL now before World Beyond It’s not necessarily out of order. Release order maybe, and yes prior knowledge can slightly help those who have it BUT the producers filmed TOWL in a way where someone who’s never even seen the main show could just watch it. You Don’t HAVE to watch world beyond in order to understand the grand scope of what happened to Rick. TOWL does a fantastic job of immersing you in that world and timeframe. EDN is not going to be confused or disappointed. 💯

World Beyond is the only Walking Dead series i haven’t seen and hearing that it has lore for The Ones Who Live makes me kinda want to see it more (on my own time i mean). But yes - I had zero issue understanding The Ones Who Live.

I agree! When FTWD first aired, it aired along with season 8 of TWD, and it made more sense. At that time, I enjoyed FTWD more than TWD, but I stopped watching both shows around the end of season 3 of FTWD, so, anything beyond season 3 of FTWD would be new to me. I hear there is supposed to be a TWD movie in the works as well.

Thanks for confirming that! I thought they were going to do a movie. At least there are 6 episodes of something. I never finished watching TWD. I just looked up on You Tube the answers I needed for the Series of what happened at the end. I think once I finish FTWD, I’m good with TWD Universe. At the end I didn’t like Maggie, Carol, or Daryl, so I don’t care too much about those Spin Offs.

Some of us have to realize, myself included; when a new Patreon member subscribes, they are allowed to pick 2 shows when they join.Depending on the tier level, they are also allowed to pick one episode of a show or movie to be reacted to. Can you imagine how many Patreon members have submitted requests? If your picks have been reacted to, or even thought of, you’ve won the lottery. Some people are always going to request shows even if they have exhausted their picks for the month. It’s up to Adison to respond to those requests.
