When you see this episode called “Two Swords” a lot of minds obviously go to the two swords that were made at the beginning but I always took it as the two Stark swords. Ice and Needle. One was lost and another was found in this episode

Correct. It was also beyond stupid that they did this TWO FULL SEASONS after Ned died and expected the audience to understand. To the tune of a cold open (like what is happening is obvious). And it's not like the sword was bouncing around in the meantime?
