He was in 28 Days, the franchise so far has been: - 28 Days Later - 28 Weeks Later - 28 Years Later - 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple They never had a 28 Months Later because the second one wasn't considered as good as the first. It had a different director and screenwriter than the others.

Danielle Wade

Yeah, I had to fast forward through this torture scene. I just could not watch that.

Crazy Taco

Dont foorget that Jimmy Crystal was 8 when it all started and none of his gang look particularitly older than him. So they werent anything other than kids before this, if they were even born yet. They didnt change from normal to this; this is pretty much all they ever knew.

Crazy Taco

You gotta remember these kids where born into the apocalypse so they dont know any different they dont know bieng satanic is wrong bc likely those institutional core beliefs have never been instilled in them

Hamza

Important context for the movie for any none British viewers / subscribers... *Trigger warning* *For anyone who doesn't want to hear about the real person, and real crimes that the movie is alluding to, don't read any further* Some context for the Jimmies in this movie that most Americans won't understand is that they're referencing Jimmy Saville... He was a hugely famous UK TV presenter and charity figure from the 60's-90's, and was known for his eccentric blond hair, tracksuits, jewellery, catchphrases, and bizarre antics. After his death, Savile was exposed as one of Britain’s most prolific sexual predators, having abused children and vulnerable people for decades while being protected or ignored by powerful institutions connected to the BBC, hospitals, police, and political figures. He had keys to children's hospitals, morgues and other institutions, and came and went as he pleased. He hosted a kids TV show with live audiences and would frequently take or attempt to take young girls into his dressing room - Many testimonies and allegations also suggest that he engaged in necrophilia, but this wasn't proven beyond all doubt in the same way the rest of his crimes were... Often no questions were asked due to his power, fame, and being known doing a lot of public charity work, but on occasions when concerns were raised, his links to powerful politicians, Judges and police meant that nothing ever came of it, even in the rare instances when a child / young woman was brave enough to report it... After his death, there were approximately 500 known instances of children he'd SA'D, and there were / are thought to be many more that we'll never know about. In the 28 years later universe, the apocalypse happened before Jimmy Saville died and all of his crimes became widely known to the public... Because of that history, the film’s imagery and styling evoke more than Sir Jimmy Crystal being just a creepy gang leader; to British viewers it symbolises corruption, hiding behind fame, false friendliness, and institutional failure, making the film all the creepier....
