Been Waiting on this all day. But you all should know who Thor is, He is linked to all the greek mythology stuff we know. Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, Athena, Apollo, Artemis, Ares, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, Hermes. The lady with the snakes as hair medusa. Which ya should watch Percy Jackson movies series someday. But love the reactions though.

MattPalmer237

FINALLY getting some MCU back in here...please keep this going at a regular pace!

SonjaB29

Thor’s film score is my 2nd favorite in the MCU. Black Panther being #1 my all time favorite film score of the MCU. ❤️🎶🎼

Norse Mythology, not Greek. Thor, Odin, Loki, Freya etc they're from the Norse mythology meaning Gods that people from Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark believed in. Depending on the region they all used to have their own mythologies - Slavic Mythology, Chinese, Japanese, Hindu, Celtic, Greek/Roman, Yoruban and so on.

Latinblu

Yes, Thor’s day, that’s where we get the name for Thursday. Frigga his mother gives us Friday, and Wednesday was originally (W)Odin’s day, named after Odin.

Ronny

Dont forget tuesday! Tyrs day.

Latinblu

Yes, I couldn’t remember the exact origin of Tuesday, thx for filling the gap in my memory

ericg0724

Thor comes from old Norse mythos. But essentially it’s the same gods of mythology from Ancient Greece/Rome and ultimately the original are the ancient Egyptians/kemet, ancient Babylon and sumer . The names of these “gods”just changed with different civilizations.

Tameka H.

Norse Mythology not Greek. And Viking culture is based on it as well.

QueequegTheater

The Norse also gave us Moonsday and Sunsday for Monday and Sunday, and then Saturn's Day was from the Romans.

Jacqueline bain

U guys are going to love it . Can’t wait to see more

Ruth Genger

My MCU heart is so happy!

Zaki Payne

I want you guys to take note that in actual Norse Mythology, Loki is the son of a giant and a goddess. The Frost Giant king, Laufey, in this film is actually Loki's mother and a goddess in Norse Mythology. Note too that most of the gods have giant ancestry, including Odin and Thor.

My Fyoochur

Oh so you guys are speed running the MCU, bet I'm here for it all. 👏🏾

Gershom Kaoma

Adison, Erik Selvig one of the scientists that ran Thor over is played by Stellan Skarsgard who’s the dad of Gustaf Skarsgard that plays Floki in Vikings!! thought it was a cool fun fact to share Great content as always fellas 🫡

Shennon

Why am I not surprised that James was siding with Loki early on.... lol. ❤️ the reaction guys! Always brings a smile to my face

Brandi Myers

The song that James was trying to figure out is "Church" by BJ the Chicago Kid

La Toya Sheri

I hope yall watch the TV series too.

Gerald Cormier

Exactly, I knew he would side with him. He's going to side with every mcu villian.
