Yall are thinking about the Cannibal, who at this time is supposed to be the second biggest dragon. And the Cannibal may either be the same size or a little bigger than Vermithor, which was the big dragon that was cooking up everyone that tried to claim it last season. Sheep stealer, who Rhaena has claimed in this episode, is younger but still old enough to be bigger (or around the same size) as Daemon's dragon.

Important note: Lord Roderick Dustin (known as Roddy the Ruin) was the northerner who showed up to the Riverlands where Daemon is. He threw the head of Lord Jason Lannister - the Lord of Casterly Rock and the TWIN of Tyland Lannister (Tyland is the one with Sharako Lohar and her pirates - the Triarchy). That's why it looked like the same person - it was Tyland's twin brother, Jason. Also Lord Roderick Dustin is played by Tommy Flanagan who plays Chibs in Sons of Anarchy.

I agree. Jace’s decision to join the battle was to save someone he cares about who was on the ships. Not to protect Rhaenyra. It definitely is a big change to the story and they changed the story that the person was not on the ship too.

All I know is if I'm Rhaenyra, I'm singing ring around the rosie by this time the next day whilst seated on the iron throne... And yeah, I know that technically Daemon had Aegon's baby killed... But if we're keeping tally (and I am) this makes 3 children Rhaenyra's lost thus far that can be placed DIRECTLY at Alicent's feet if we count the baby she lost when she found out Alicent had reneged on her word and crowned Aegon (I count it, dk about anyone else)...And speaking of the Hypocrite that is Alicent... At first I wanted to say, "See that's why your mother told you not to go," but then I thought about it and Rhaenyra had planned to go alone... so Rhaenyra would've been in his position and probably would've died instead just like he was trying to prevent so... he kinda had a point. And honestly they were doing fine until Rhaena came in with an unstable dragon after spending days like a crack fiend chasing it and eating burnt meat.

Great rider or not, she would not have expected sheepstealer to show up. And yes he did put himself in danger, but she also shares the blame. She is ignoring his council and that of others, and acting without thinking first. He thinks she isnt in her right mind, and as a ruler she isnt, because their is no way a ruler in their right mind would immediately accept allicents deal.

She shares the blame???? That is a wicked and wild take. Jace should’ve stayed in his place first and foremost as a child. He knew so much better than Rhaenyra, his mother, with his untrained, green self, and HIS ill decision led to his demise. So much can happen unexpectedly in war. Yes, no one knew Sheepstealer would make a presence but those are the things you have to keep in mind when going to battle, and Jace did not think about that nor did he assess his own skills and lack thereof. That is not on Rhaenyra.

Part of it is on rhaenyra, it 8s very clear that she decided to ignore all council and just go with what alicent said. To jace and her council Her readiness to essentially walk into a trap is stupid, even daemon would most likely tell her not to do such a thing. And while we are talking about who is green, if I am not mistaken rhaenyra has never been in a war herself, she has never fought other dragons, so she herself is green.
