kraekay

It is me. I am the snort laugher.

Shennon

A little fyi, Adison. The actor who plays the prince was in Harry Potter. He played Cormac McLaggen, the annoying, boastful Quidditch player who took Herminone to Slughorn's Christmas party

Shanae Knox

Lorena_Trigcity

Man! 🀣 the confusion was real but we figured it out in the end.

Lakeisha Thomas

You couldn't find the verse fast enough πŸ˜‚

Nina the Ninja

yes, I really love the Bridgerton reactions! The opera singer wouldn't be an eligible option because of her working and perhaps her family. A gentleman was expected to only marry a gentleman's daughter and those shouldn't be working

Nina the Ninja

and the testing of the Prince's knee haha

Moondragon1821

Pfft. If men are always allowed their pleasures, so should we. xD The hypocrisy of men is next level, even ( if not especially ) when it comes to religion.

Camillionaire

Adie, back then women didn't have rights. They weren't allowed to be educated and working women were looked as a lower class. Usually women that worked were of the lowest class. And not considered a lady.

Ruth Genger

I haven't laughed this hard at a reaction in a long time! I'm so weak at the Proverbs 31 🀣🀣🀣

Marisa Pardo

Ade’s right. We are a force to be reckoned with. It is known. πŸ˜‰

Anaya

You had me hollering with this one. Too funny! Great reactions. I forgot how good this show is.

Drea

Not Addison counting the guy with dreads like a Where’s Waldo puzzle πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Every season focuses on a new family entering the story so it won't get boring at all.

Do you remember Momma Bridgerton as Momma Stark on GOT???

Conspiracy Smurf

Girls really faint/fall/drop stuff for attention. We also run crying into the bedroom and block the door while we cry because someone usually follows us to console us or break it down to keep the fight going, it's a thing. Also, girls used to have one job...get married and have babies. Up until Gen X they sent most of the girls to college just to find a good husband and when she found him and got engaged/married/pregnant she would drop out forever and just be a Mom. It was messed up. We fixed it but I worry we are going too far in the other direction.

Conspiracy Smurf

I see you looking at the "tag" on her wrist. It's a "Dance Card". They actually had these cards that the men would come sign their name on to get "In line" for the dances and once it was filled for the evening, it was filled and you were committed. Can you imagine signing up for a dance with all your buddies signing up for a few minutes of her time that night, too??? If you wanted a woman you had to decide and shoot your shot fast or you would lose the chance. They did this to much younger girls back then...they had no choice, from Daddy's house to husbands care with a literal handoff at the altar and divorce was just not a thing for most families and they would be publicly humiliated and shunned if they broke up.

I remember when ppl were worried about over population and now childbirth rates are at a all time low
