CT:OS

The early release of Chapter 7 pt. 2 (with Sam's QF) went out this month! Some juicy scenes and big reveals packed into this smaller update: 

• Reveals: MC possibly kissing their doubles partner after the match, and/or revealing their relationship with Sam, Rayyan or Tobin to a nosy reporter in a post-match interview.

• Heated tennis action: Sam's truly on fire in this match, and MC gets to see a different side to the usually sweet, bubbly redhead

• Confrontation: If you hooked up with/kissed Felix over Halloween, they might or might not do something very sus in the middle of the match if things aren't going smoothly ... no spoilers, but it might distract Sam...

• Book a ticket to the semi-finals! Besides continuing the chapter into the semi-finals this update also adds some extra scenes in earlier chapters, including a small scene if you'd been intimate with a committed romantic partner on Halloween (G, Rayyan, Tobin versions).

Next up: 

I will be releasing a pt. 3 update for the non-Sam quarter-final in June or July.  

Merry Crisis 

Progress on the next chapter of Merry Crisis for the month of May unfortunately hasn't been as quick as I'd hoped, as I split my time this month between writing CT:OS and fixing CT:OS bugs.

But I did make a little more progress on the scenes for the island-visit / last 'real day' with Shay, Nat and Qiu.

I'm aiming for a June release of this chapter for patreon and ko-fi supporters. Really excited for it, as it'll mark one of the major turning points of the IF (yes, romance lock-ins finally take place in this chapter!)

• Morning on a remote, idyllic island, Pulau Ubin, with Shay, Nat, and Qiu -- I've added to Qiu and Shay's branch, as well as including variations for non-committed/ unsure MCs (previously wrote committed versions).

  • Shay’s branch: which includes some… not-so-legal scrambling down to an abandoned granite quarry and some swimming...

  • Qiu’s branch: which includes a reprise of fishing, but on a kayak. Float down the river, potentially catch something, and reminisce about the old lady and her sage wisdom!

Next up: 

I’ll be finishing up with:

• The morning in Pulau Ubin (Nat’s path - committed + non-committed paths)

• All the conversations where you'll need to make a decision on what lies ahead

• The dramatic cliff-hanger that the chapter will end in. 

I'm guessing the full chapter will be about 50-60k words. Again, feel free to send in any bugs, continuity errors, or feedback/suggestions, I'll try to get these into the next chapter :)
