Brain Drain. Migration, always talked about, but never by actual migrants. What happens to the countries people migrate to? Incessantly debated. What happens to the ones people leave? Unmentioned.

The boys give this one an international review.

Early for all you sexy patrons!

I remember when i was a teenager and was working with this man in his fortys, who was working as a pharmacist despite being a doctor in Iran. He was Christian and didnt like iran, but I thought it was such a downgrade to be working as he did despite being a doctor. Also one less doctor for iran

JT must be too good of a boy to know but those are actually quite popular in the US too, they’re called Whip-Its after a popular brand of NO2 canisters that is used in kitchens to make whipped cream but it’s the same little canisters and everything. I’ve never done it but I know quite a few people who have.

The spelling common names weird is not new in my area where I live in. My daughter who’s grown now, there were people in her school named Breanna, but is was Breyanna, or Madison, but it was spelled Madiyson. The list goes on and on. For the most part they were mostly white kids doing that even then.

It's honestly bizarre to me that politicians here in Finland complain about labour shortage in the health and resturant industry, but when the people have made clear about what they wan't the politicians don't really listen. There was the first KFC opened in Helsinki and what I wondered was how are they gonna get workers? Like, Hesburger and McDonalds agressively advertised about how they are open for hiring. Meanwhile in the news there are literally articles where former workers are telling how awful it is to work in these places. In the health sector the nurses have asked for higher pay and better work conditions. And because of some stupid law they can't strike. We also have a lot of people moving to other countries to be nurses because they get paid better there.
