From the label colors and bottle designs I think I could guess the human equivalent of them. Also great question! (the back wall corner of the bar has a weird angle look but I think it's mostly from the angle we're seeing it at)

Looks like it's an island bar, where there is Bartop on three sides. I seen some places like that that run two bartenders on busy nights.
