Yes it is, there is something similar at a popular burger joint here, when I look online it seems to be called the grapefruit basil gin fizz/tonic/punch doesn't seem to have a fancy name

That certainly doesn't roll off the tongue as well as 'Back Door Barn Punch' but it's neat that it is an actual drink!
