Hey what do ya know I got an answer. Well it makes sense, but hey even conventional places don't have an elephant working there. ;P That is why I asked. I work with the public myself but in my case auto mechanics tend to handle themselves very well in hostile situations, I mean a wrench and a pissed off 200 lb muscled body man tends to drive the point home.

Well one (Axel not joking my transmission guy is called that) brandished a strut one time when his "ex-best friend" keyed his car in front of us all because Axel refused to stop dating his ex-girl friend. Sigh... Owning a business is interesting to say the least.
