There might be more to it, especially as Pixie knows Buck is interested in Zoey and Buck and Pixie were childhood friends and neighbors. But it could be just as simple as "new girl being very popular" since Zoey hasn't been working there long.

I don't know pixie does smile on the 4th scene but looks cross on the 5th not to mention the GRAB text, and as far as I can interpret it, it looks like a very hard grab, not a normal grab. like friends would if they want to show something to them
