Website sign-in issues: your feedback would help (Patreon)

Hello there!

Some subscribers have reported problems connecting their Patreon account to Lummh.com, particularly on mobile. I’m investigating this, and I’d appreciate your help testing the connection over the next seven days.

To participate:

Open Lummh.com, preferably on your phone using your usual browser.

Click Connect Patreon or Connect an existing membership.

A temporary screen will show a test reference. Copy it, then click Continue to Patreon and complete the sign-in.

Please reply in the comments with:

Your test reference.

Your device and browser.

Whether signing in worked.

Whether the Patreon app opened during the process.

If it failed, please copy the error message into your comment, or describe what happened and where you got stuck. If no reference appeared, mention that too.

Successful attempts are useful too, so please report those as well!

For the web developers among you: the site runs on WordPress, using the Patreon WordPress plugin to connect accounts. If you’ve encountered similar sign-in problems, particularly on mobile or when switching between the browser and the Patreon app, I’d welcome any suggestions or experience you could share.

This test concerns signing in; access to paid content still depends on your membership.
