Her and the guy from alchemy of souls are not dating anymore because karina got so much hate from her fans. Her fans were saying that she needs to apologise for dating,also saying that they wouldn't buy aepsa's stuff anymore if she didn't apologise and telling her to focus on her career. She even wrote a letter apologising to her fans..they weren't even dating for long smh, i wish some fans would leave their idols personal lifes alonee😭
