Thank you so much for reacting! I was recently introduced to them a couple of years ago via Undercover! However, I do not know the members well enough to be a reliable informant T_T but... I THINK(?) your bias did participate/was active in My Girl! And I THINK(?) it was a different member that was serving at the time, so he did not take part in that comeback.

A.C.E is so underrated! They are literally the ACES of kpop. Their name stands for Adventure Calling Emotions. They are a 5 member group, no one has left the group. There is an mv take me higher, Chan is missing in it cause he was on a survival show and made it into the debuting group and was not allowed to promote with his group ace. In the my girl mv chan was missing cause he was still in the military. They all went around the same time, so they could all get out around the same time (give or take some months/yr). My girl was their first comeback out of the military. Also the “backup dancers” in my girl were not actual back up dancers they were their fans (choice, the fandom name) there is even dance practice videos of the boys teaching the lucky fans who were chosen the choreo. I really hope you check out more of them. They are so freaking good and still so underrated. They have left beat interactive, and are all now doing their own things, Junhee just had his solo and is getting ready for his comeback, Chan and Donghun (he has legally changed his name to Jiham and goes by that now) also have solos. BK (Byeongkwan) your bias isn’t active, but when he does post or hangs out with the members it’s so good to see him and WOW is all the time going live and living his best life, I think he is possibly working on debuting for his solo as well. They are still ACE, they are still together, they have not disbanded, they are just inactive as a group right now. Piñata was their last group comeback. It gained so much anticipation and it received a lot of back and forth opinions on it. Personally to me it was a banger, it does take a couple of listens, and I understand it may not be everyone’s cup of tea but damn did they go all out for it. They have NEVER won a music show award and it honestly breaks my heart. They have TOP TIER covers, you never want them to cover your song cause they WILL do it better than the original. Sorry for the long comment but I just love these boys so much. 🥰 I loved your reaction to them and you made me giggle in my girl when you kept saying your bias left. I was like honey he’s right there lol 😂😂 he was the one in front of the computer who looked up/was searching his name Byeongkwan. They can literally do it all. Not sure if you want any recommendations for them but I highly recommend checking out their songs, favorite boys (goblin), take me higher, cactus, callin, slow dive (has a dance practice 😏😏), down (mv is missing wow, he was on hiatus for anxiety, but you can hear his vocals in the song), piñata, higher, 5tar (has performance video with ALL members), effortless, angel and just better. If you want to check out any of their covers I would highly recommend Youngblood (5 seconds of summer cover), In my blood (Shawn Mendes cover), someone you loved (vocal unit Jun, Chan and jiham, Lewis capaldi cover, and Empty space ( James Arthur cover) all of the covers have mvs, Jun who goes by his real name Junhee now also did 2 covers for kpop demon hunters (your idol and free with Alexa). Hopefully this essay of a comment (sorry lol) helps and gives you any useful information about them.
