Trainee A was canceled before debut, they have never explained but one of the reasons probably was Leo being misogynistic and the backlash that have followed after, he was one of key members. He covered a song and changed the lyrics to be even worse. As far as I know, he have apologized for that. And you should know VERIVERY, they have participated in the Road to Kingdom :D

Leaving this comment here before finishing the episode: Please don’t drop any spoilers or bias your comments too much about certain contestants so Dewet doesn't find out in advance who's going to debut. Let's keep the suspense going until the very end 😄

Trainee A was a pre-debut team of 7 trainees that BigHit Music planned to debut. James (Cortis), Leo (Boys II Planet), Sangwon (Boys II Planet), Jihoon (TWS), Woochan (AllDay Project), Yorch (POW), JJ (SM Trainee). They gained a fanbase through official social media content before debuting. However, Leo left the company, and the project ultimately did not move forward, leading to the team’s disbandment. James was around 15–16 during that time and was the only trainee who stayed at BigHit, later debuting with Cortis. Martin, Seonghyeon, and Keonho were also trainees at the time, but they were much younger then.

Lee leo 😍😍😍😍

Let's get things straight, Leo is not misogynistic, just because he wrote this rap song doesn't make him misogynistic, songs are a story they write, not 100% their own true stories, just like writing a murder scene in a movie doesn't make them a murderers.

I'm sorry but Leo is not misogynistic and the reason trainee A project was cancelled also not because of him. Don't spread false information
