one of the best episodes in my opinion. !!! Also the car scene. It's not right that he left her there but also he was in a full panic attack so... also I think that he thinks that if she stayed inside the car he would feel like she was in danger too. (because rain and cars are the results of his parent's death)

I agree with your observation. The show is trying to show us how bad the trauma for Tae-moo really is. He is telling the girl he really likes to get out in the middle of the rain, I mean yeah he had to feel really really affected by the rain
