As promised, here is the unused color scheme for PAGE 10 of GAY FOR SLAY #3, starring the one and only ISAIAH SHADE!

This is color scheme B and I decided not to use it as the official color scheme for the page, but I thought it would be fun for you to see it anyway!

The lettered pages are coming up next, so STICK AROUND!

ILLUSTRATION: Patrick Fillion

COLORS: Cabrera & Fillion

I LOVE the blue glow!

I actually like this color scheme a little more, but both are great.

That's so interesting, Johnny! I think possibly this version gives us the impression of being deeper and DARKER into the caverns where the Gargoyles live. Possibly, this lighting is more "realistic" to how a cavern would be lit?

Oh WOW, what a lesson! How the color mood can change a page. I guess I prefer this one, although not making it, it's amazing to see both, thanks for sharing the several versions!

I'm glad you enjoyed the color comparison, mon ami. I often ponder colors before releasing the final versions. And in this case, given how well everyone is reacting to the variant, I may have to rethink my final decision! LOL! En tous cas, un gros merci encore une fois! Gros Bisous! XOXOX 😘🤗❤️
