Do you think it would be a good idea if I created a Discord server?I could post some sketches there and you could share suggestions,or post popular anime character images to give me inspiration,as well as information related to commissions.It’s just that I’ve never managed one before, so I’m a bit worried it might get messy.I’m still considering it and not sure if I’ll actually do it.

I’d like to try managing it myself first.🤔 I’m considering making it accessible only to supporters or those who have sponsored before. I’d mainly post some sketches there or join discussions about characters I’d like to draw. As for finished works, I’d still only upload them on Patreon.

I keep seeing news about random artists being banned from Patreon with no warning, so having a Discord server as a backup in case that happens and we need to migrate to another site couldn't hurt 🥲

I think so too. I’m not sure if Patreon’s rules regarding adult characters will change. I might consider putting some of the riskier works on Discord.

Even if you want to moderate it yourself, you should have at least one reliable friend as a moderator to assist.

I understand. I'm still exploring the server's features.😆 If managing it becomes difficult, I will ask someone I trust to help with administration.
