We had to postpone Q&A with our defense reporter Illia Ponomarenko since he got into a traffic accident in Kyiv and was hospitalized. He is feeling better now and is looking forward to meeting you and answering your questions.

The new date of the event is Thursday, June 30, at 9 p.m. Kyiv time (2 p.m. ET).

Illia has been reporting on Russia’s war against Ukraine since 2014. He has also had deployments to Palestine and the DR Congo as an embedded reporter with UN peacekeeping forces.

Illia will answer your questions and share his experience of what it is like to be a war reporter during Europe’s deadliest war since World War II, happening in his own country.
